This is a three bedroom fully furnished guest house inclusive of beach and pool access at the nearby resort (access would depend on the number of nights stay) which is about 6 minutes walk from the place (might be longer for the elderly). The nearby beach resort access has a swimming pool both for kids and adults, white sand beaches and restaurants.
