The Dawson house very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the cinnamon bread that was left for us to have with our coffee the next morning .

This was our 35th straight year of The Tangler's tour. We have stayed in many different locations. We are an especially difficult and hard to please group. We are also very needy. Each of our requests were met with aplomb and the utmost in friendliness. Angela was accommodating with never the slightest hint of being bothered. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone in need of a comfortable and cozy weekend. 5 stars really aren't enough.

The place was great for the stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any issues. Will gladly stay here again!

Listing states 6 beds there was only five. Maybe I read wrong but it wasn’t a problem for us.

This home has it all…spacious, comfortable and full of history! We have stayed here twice and it’s the most warm and inviting place in town close to everything! I especially love having my coffee on the front porch and a glass of wine around the firepit!

perfect location. we had a small hiccup with the AC but the host was friendly qbd accommodating. we really enjoyed our stay here. beautiful home.

the house is expansive for large parties to accommodate everyone. the decor is cute & eclectic! huge fenced in yard for fur babies and in a safe neighborhood. the bed & bedding was comfortable. this house has everything you would need. I will definitely be back!

Dawn and Carlos were fantastic hosts. I chose their place because it's pretty centrally located among the four national forests. I brought my two dogs, and we were able to hike in all four of the forests over a three-day weekend. So if you're interested in the national forests, this is great spot for it. Dawn was very responsive to my questions, and she and Carlos were there to greet us and give us a tour of the RV. The RV was super clean, like it seemed brand new. Growing up as a tent camper, I was in heaven in this RV. And the property is great, very quiet and nestled among the trees. Dawn and Carlos were super friendly and not at all intrusive or anything. I would definitely stay here again.

This was home base for us while we were in town for the Polar Express at the Texas State Railroad. We loved the home and location, and the hosts were among the most thoughtful and attentive that we have experienced. Communication was quick and helpful, check in was easy, and they thought of lots of little extras for us to enjoy. There were cute Christmas decorations, including a tree, as well as some gifts for our toddler which he thoroughly enjoyed. The setting was family friendly, with the peaceful pastures, horses, and cute chickens and pigs. The hosts were kind enough to offer our little boy a chance to interact with the chickens and pigs, and he loved the sweet farm dogs and cat too. The home is cozy and well cared for, and we were very comfortable. It was a huge added bonus to have the "cookhouse" across the yard which we were able to use to cook some meals. Plenty of yard space for our toddler and dogs too. Close to a lot of attractions nearby - would definitely return!

Great place. This was our second trip to Camplee .. super comfortable and clean! We will return soon.

Samantha and Mike were so friendly, easy to talk with, informative, helped us get set up with kayaks, built a fire in the evening, informative about the area...our only regret was that we only stayed there one night, would have loved to stay longer (we were just passing through to our destination, but we both felt like it would be a great destination ... a great place to get a way from it all. Definitely would go back.

We were in town for the 2025 SFA Graylan Spring football game, and we loved My Blue Heaven. It is one block over from North St - which is the main artery in town, and is also where the school is located. Mary was an ideal host. Super communicative, welcoming and responsive. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Charming, cute - and checked all the boxes for it start. Maybe for next year's game, if it is available, we can bring our Chihuahua, Buddy. This location will be at the top of our list. Thank you, Mary.

We had a lovely stay, its a beautiful place so peaceful and Nancie was a perfect host. We would have preferred a proper standin shower cubicle but we managed and would defo stay again when visiting Nacogdoches.

Great place to stay, only downfall was the roads getting to where we was staying. Was able to park my boat and charge my batteries with the extension cord that I had brought.

Such a comfortable place for the entire family to be together for my daughter's college graduation. The rain kept us from enjoying the beautiful backyard, but we had plenty of room to gather inside! Nicole was very helpful, and check-in and check-out were so easy.

Abel was an amazing host! The home was spotless, cozy, and so comfortable , it truly felt like a peaceful retreat. He was always quick to respond anytime we had a question or needed anything. You can tell he puts a lot of care into creating a great experience. Highly recommend staying here!
