Es la cuarta vez que me alojo en casa de Diane y cada vez ha sido una maravilla alojarme. El lugar es tranquilo, bonito. Los vecinos son amables y muy amigables. Y la casa muy comoda, limpia y nos hace sentirnos como en casa. Las anfitrionas muy atentas y super amables, atendiendo a nuestras peticiones con rapidez y empatia hacia nosotros. Seguro que si volvemos por la zona repetiremos. En resumen un muy buen lugar con unas excelentes anfitrionas.

Great stay and great location Air BnB is central to all the go too spots in Negril. Also communication between host and guest is very efficient and any issue will be resolve quickly.

It was a lovely experience. Everything was as described, and the ocean view was just incredibly beautiful Deserene is so helpful! She even accommodated me when my flight was delayed and I needed to change my booking! I love the pressure in the shower in the master bedroom. It was really hot and it was very good pressure. Also, it’s nice that you can either have the full five star experience or I imagine if you wanted to you could go without any additional accommodation and then buy your own groceries and buy your own items to cook and then you could cook for yourself and I’m sure that would be very frugal, but I opted to do a little bit of Inclusive and then I just kind of stuck with it because it was really easy! So it’s great about this Airbnb. Hands-is the beautiful view of the Caribbean ocean that you can see directly from the bedroom as well as the living room. Additionally, there’s nice seating arrangements out on the balcony so that you can sit and listen to the ocean waves

Gabbi was great everything was great I cannot make this up, so responsive to my needs added extra guest and she made it happen. Book book book I loved the space and the ac works soo good lol felt back at home

The individual units are maintained properly but the exterior common areas need maintenance, especially the courtyard and walkway tiles. The pool area is dilapidated, and the property managers need to upgrade and remodel the bar and shaded areas. However, the property is a beautiful location.

The air-bnb host was very accommodating and let me check in early, provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, and everything inside was immaculate. From the room and balcony, the view was very nice and looked exactly as shown in the pictures.

I'm not even sure where to begin because our experience was truly exceptional. First and foremost, Serene is an outstanding host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. Her place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and exactly as pictured in the listing. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. She made everything so easy for us, from finding the location to offering great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Serene truly went above and beyond—there wasn’t a single thing we needed that she hadn’t already thought of. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much Serene!! See you next time...

I was last minute in getting somewhere to book and had a hard time finding somewhere to accommodate the number of people in my party. I sent a message explaining that I had one over his maximum recommended, and he allowed me to do the booking. He was very responsive. My family and I had a great time and would definitely book again.

Hanks place was just as described and amazing. The view was fantastic and we loved how the home was equipped with everything. Waking up to the view and just relaxing on the porch in the evining was the best part of our stay. Our toddler loved hanging out on the porch and on the property. Hanks suggestion of the taxi driver, Dwayne was rhe best! He took care of us very well and was always punctual. Highly recommend him if anyone is looking for taxi. We would love to stay at Hanks when we return to Montego Bay.
