Мы провели незабываемый отпуск в сердце Тосканы, а Davide и Annaliza сделали его еще более приятным! Было очень приятно получить по приезду бутылку просекко и для нас приготовили горячую джакузи с видом на Сан-Джиминьяно 🥰 наш отдых начался сразу! Мы чувствовали себя желанными гостями! На любые наши просьбы Davide и Annalize отвечали моментально и помогали во всём. Дом очень милый, чистый и уютный, каждая деталь продумана с любовью, а из всех окон открывается сказачный вид на природу Тосканы! Мы влюбились в это место и хотели бы вернуться. Спасибо большое за фантастический отдых.

We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The place was amazing with a magnificient view to the Mountains. Overall a great expierience there.. a quiet relaxin time at the AirBnB. Thank you again!

Sara and Brian are truly amazing hosts—proactive, kind, and fascinating to talk to. Their home is enchanting, like stepping into a real fairytale. You can feel how much love and care they’ve poured into every detail. It’s one of the most spectacular places we’ve ever stayed in! Not only is the house and the garden magical, but it’s also so practical and thoughtfully equipped, providing everything you could think of to make your stay comfortable. The gym was fantastic, and the house had plenty of space for two families. Even with 2 adults and 4 “monkeys” (our energetic kids), there was room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks lighting up the entire region was an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Sara and Brian, for sharing your incredible home with us. We can’t wait to return!!!

La maison est très spacieuse et le jardin est vraiment très agréable. La cuisine et la salle de bain principale (immense) sont rénovées. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que les chambres soient climatisées surtout que nous y étions dans la période la plus chaude. Cependant, nous étions étonnés de devoir acheter des sacs poubelle, car il y en avait seulement un pour chaque poubelle, sauf pour le compost qui en avait plusieurs. Pareil pour le papier toilette, il y avait juste 1 par salle de bain. La piscine était très chaude et le jardin très bien équipé. Nous avons eu un lit bébé moyennant un supplément de 10€/jour ce qui était un peu cher. Il y avait des jouets pour enfant, mais pas de chaise haute (bon à savoir). Il faut savoir que l’accès est un peu cahoteux et qu’il faut bien ouvrir l’œil pour voir le virage pour le chemin qui mène à la maison. Ça a l’avantage d’être très calme et intime.

Alla casa tra gli ulivi si sta veramente bene, i gestori sono gentilissimi e carinissimi ed hanno una "testa imprenditoriale" davvero vincente. Ogni minimo dettaglio, sia della location che del rapporto con gli ospiti, è ben curato e tutto è pulito, nuovo e si vede che la manutenzione è maniacale perché non abbiano riscontrato un singolo problema. Puoi ordinare cocktails, drinks, gelati, massaggi .... Il primo giorno siamo, per problemi nostri, arrivati a notte fonda e ci hanno aspettati svegli senza chiedere un euro di check in posticipato. Ci hanno offerto prosecco... insomma persone squisite che hanno il grande successo che si meritano proprio grazie al fatto che un piccolo spazio intimo e riservato ti danno tutto....casa, giardino, piscina, barbecue, pergolato (tavolo stupendo) CON LA GENTILEZZA DI CHI TI ACCOGLIE IN FAMIGLIA. Veramente consigliato a tutti, un posto magnifico e rilassante. in 4 giorni mi sono rigenerato più di altre ferie che ho fatto in passato di 2 settimane....

We really enjoyed our holiday at cas nel bosco, the house is very quiet and close to nature. We liked that very much. The pool and the garden offer total relaxation. We already miss everything very much. In the valley it was often 32 degrees in the first week and upstairs in the house it was very pleasant. The pool was super refreshing. The house has everything you need and the small village of Medicina is very charming. The access road is narrow and very winding, but we also saw some wildlife. Communication with Francesca and Paola was straightforward and enquiries were answered immediately. Thank you very much, we had a great holiday.

een prachtig huis, heerlijke tuin tussen de olijfbomen. en een hele aardige host. de locatie is ruimer dan het op de foto's lijkt. je krijgt een goede omschrijving om er te komen en die heb je wel nodig want ligt heerlijk rustig afgelegen in de natuur

La casa è bella e offre tutti i servizi necessari. La strada per arrivare, soprattutto nell'ultimo tratto, si inerpica un po', tuttavia non è stato difficile raggiungere l'alloggio. Si gode di una bella vista e della tranquillità della natura, la strada è trafficata pochissimo ed è possibile uscire a piedi per fare una splendida passeggiata nei boschi. Le camere sono accoglienti, i letti comodi, i bagni funzionali, gli spazi per mangiare e rilassarsi sufficientemente spaziosi (eravamo 4 adulti e 2 cani). Il riscaldamento dei termosifoni avviene attraverso la cucina a legna, inizialmente serve prendere un po' di dimestichezza ma una volta scaldata la casa risulterà molto confortevole e il fuoco del legno è un ottimo compagno per trascorrere momenti di relax e tranquillità lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia. Chris è stato molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni. Un solo suggerimento: una guida sull'uso della cucina a legna

We, 2 couples a baby and a dog, enjoyed our week at this lovely location. After a quite rocky and adventurous road, the house is situated in the midst of the beautiful tuscan landscape with wine hills and olive trees. From the lovely pool which was only for us we enjoyed those lovely views. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a nice barbecue ourside. Florence is reachable within about 45 minutes by car and there are two little towns about 10-15 minutes away with big grocery stores, restaurants and gelaterias. Andrea and Gianni were super helpful, responsive and lovely hosts. We would highly recommend Le Spugne.

Eine Oase mit unglaublicher Weitsicht!!! Wir wollten gar nicht weg von diesem tollen Ort. Francesca hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geführt, wo uns kurzgesagt ein Paradies erwartete. Leichter Rucksack und Wanderschuhe sind tatsächlich ein „Muss“ auf dem Weg zum Cottage, da der Weg dorthin zum Teil sehr felsig ist. Wir liebten die Wanderung auf dem ursprünglichen Pfad nach oben. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, muss einen Parkplatz dafür finden. Das kann eine kostspielige Angelegenheit werden, ist aber in der Gegend üblich und sollte nicht abschrecken. This place is absolutely beautiful and very centrally located in Tuscany- about 20 minutes away from Siena. We spent two full days and the smaller towns and doing vineyard tastings and had a great experience! Natasha was so flexible with check in as we arrived late, left early, she sent photos of step by step instructions how to find out room. The view is as stunning as in the photos and then some! I will say be careful which way your gps takes you- I think Natasha even makes a note of it but we didn’t pay enough attention. There are two ways your gps takes you- one a very nice gravel road with a sign at the bottom that says le Ville- the other starts okay but then turns very bad with no ability to turn around! Looks for the le ville sign!

Wir haben in Fabios Unterkunft eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Das Häuschen in den Bergen ist eine kleine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Fabio hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und gab sich große Mühe den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Danke!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was a little piece of heaven. The home was everything we could hope for. We would absolutely return on another vacation and will highly recommend it to others. Our hosts were lovely and helpful and we are so grateful to them for sharing their home with us.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr ruhige und ungestörte Lage ohne Nachbarn mitten in der Natur. Eine Hütte die alles bietet und praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Einen Tag wanderten wir vom Haus aus, sonst immer per Auto: Supermarkt der keine Wünsche offen lässt 10 min, Strand mit Sand und Öffentlichkeit 25 min, Pisa und Genua ca. 1,5 h mit Parken, Wandern in den Apuanischen Alpen ca. 1h. Naturstrand 35 min.

Pool mit Blick in die Berge war traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe sucht wird die Unterkunft lieben. Weg vom Massentourismus aber trotzdem viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Meer ist aber auch in 50 Min zu erreichen. Einmal haben wir auf Empfehlung von Giovanni eine schöne Bootstour von La Spezia nach Cinque Terre gemacht. Küche war super ausgestattet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Antonello. Il est très accueillant, en dépit du fait qu'il ne parle qu'Italien, et allemand, si je ne me trompe pas. Il a été tres compréhensible sur le fait que nous arrivions plus tôt que l'heure prévue. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages et la nourriture que nous avions apportée de notre précédent logement, chez lui. A notre retour, nous avons été agréablement surpris de voir qu'il avait tout transféré dans notre location et avait même mis nos bouteilles au réfrigérateur 🤩. La piscine est superbe, à très bonne température, et les transats à disposition, sont confortables, il y a même une douche, ce qui est très bien. Vous pouvez mangez à l'extérieur, à l'ombre, il y a différents espaces à votre disposition. En résumé, nous pouvons dire que nous avons passe un excellent séjour, dans un magnifique environment, calme, aménagé avec goût. Il faut prévoir d'y venir en voiture, si vous souhaitez visiter....

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Laura, trotz des nicht so guten Wetters. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft und lässt nichts vermissen. Laura war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

It was a very nice week in Tuscany despite the rather rainy weather. The house is wonderful, large, warm, with all the amenities. There is also a wonderful yard with a barbecue, which we did not get to enjoy much, but the fault is only the weather. But our parking place was very convenient. There is complete peace and quiet, it is very relaxing. The location is great - very close to the A11, in 1 hour you can get to Florence, 30-40 minutes to Pisa, 15-20 minutes to Lucca. And to countless other Tuscan beauties. Thank you to Graziella and Marco for the beautiful home, the wonderful welcome and the care they took for us!

Cozy idyllic house with a great view overlooking the Tuscany landscape. The road to the house is a bit widning and long so if you're looking to go out often maybe not the most convenient. However if you're looking for a quiet peaceful getaway, it's an amazing location.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt bei herzlichen Gastgebern Stefania und ihre Familie sind einfach großartige Hosts – super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man mal eine Frage hat. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut sie in die Unterkunft und den Service stecken. Jeden Morgen gibt es ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück mit regionalen Spezialitäten. Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern: sehr sauber, gemütlich, perfekt und ideal um ein paar Tage dem Alltag zu entfliehen und zu entspannen . Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen garantiert wieder. Danke für die schöne Zeit.
