Step back in time as you enter a historic apartment in which original features take center stage. Tuck into a traditional tuscan breakfast on the flower adorned patio before kicking back on the pinstripe sofa with book from the in-house library. The flat is located at the 3rd floor, reachable through stairs (no elevator) Train station (Pistoia) is just 20 min walking distance through the center. Car parking: In the area of the apartment are available daily payment slot (blue stripes) 2h Free parking overnight available at 3 min walking distance (Viale Matteotti along the antique wall side) Welcome to my cozy flat, located in the heart of Pistoia, perfect to explore the town and enjoy Tuscany! The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. The little town of Pistoia surprises with its discreet charm enclosed in alleys and squares decorated with historical monuments and palaces, testimony of an ancient artistic past. Balanced between its history, the beauty of the landscapes and taste of "live well", Pistoia is an authentic town where you can experience the harmony of art, the richness of its territory, the frankness of the people and relax the precious life-giving water. The rate is comprehensive of: - breakfast - towels - bed linen and blankets (duvet etc..) A private library is available in the studio with art and fahion book, food and photography, fiction and non-fiction books. Maps and turist information are at your disposal on the table. Internet connection WIFI is availble and free! Travellers and tourists on holiday in PISTOIA remain fascinated by its history. In 5 minute walk from my apartment, you can reach the amazing Piazza del Duomo with the monumental Cathedral of Pistoia and nearby the Piazza della Sala, heart of day and night life. The neirbourgh has everything you need: bakery, pharmacy, cafè and many supermarkets and restaurant walking distance! Just outside town you'll have the opportunity to reach and admire the most beautiful tuscan amaenities: - the city of Florence (35km), Lucca (46km) e Pisa (67km) - relax and enjoy the biggest spa-town in Italy, Montecatini Terme that offers not only the well-known healing waters but also all the modern relax treatments (17km) or visit and relax in the large and fascinating millennial Grotta Giusti in Monsummano Terme with a beneficial relaxing "steam bath"(15km) - a beautiful Contemporary Art collection hosted in the mysterious Fattoria di Celle, old tuscan villa on Montale's hills (8km). - The town of Collodi with the Parco di Pinocchio famous worldwide for his given birth to the most famous puppet of all time: Pinocchio. Data la posizione defilata si raggiunge facilmente in auto per parcheggiare nell'immediato parcheggio libero. L'appartamento dotato di wifi ed aria condizionata si suddivide in sala/cucina openspace,camera e bagno con doccia ed un terrazzo abitabile con affacci sulle mura di San Gimignano

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Espai diàfan amb cuina moderna i zona d’estar amb sofà llit còmode per a dues persones i altell amb llit per a dues persones i armari. Dormitori amb llit doble i armari espaiós. Bany ampli amb dutxa pluja i escalfador de tovalloles. Atenció especial per a al·lèrgics. Esmorzar inclòs amb productes envasats. Còmode i funcional, ideal per una estada tranquil·la.

La Boheme in Venezia, elegante e luminoso appartamento di mq. 85 di un palazzo del 1800 si trova nel cuore pulsante del quartiere Venezia, storico quartiere attraversato dai canali. Ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, bagno con doccia e finestra, camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e seconda camera con letto alla francese. Completa l'immobile un posto auto privato. L'appartamento si trova al 4° piano CON ascensore ed è stato recentemente e finemente ristrutturato.

Terra D'incanto, si trova a Fosdinovo in Lunigiana, su una collina vista mare, all'interno di un meraviglioso bosco e magnifici uliveti. Per raggiungerci dovrai percorrere 600mt di strada sterrata facilmente percorribile con tutti i mezzi. La struttura è dotata di piscina arredata, terrazza panoramica. Inoltre abbiamo alcuni servizi su prenotazione e a pagamento idromassaggio caldo all’aperto, palestra, massaggi otre al nostro servizio bar e ristorante alla carta.

Omhom’s Bed and Vista Suite is a whole ground floor-to-roof house with an independent entrance: your dedicated space of 45 square meters is on two floors and boasts two magnificent terraces. To choose it means to embrace the whole panorama, which stretches from the majestic Apuan Alps to the sea, passing through Val di Magra’s gentle slopes and plains. Once the Bed and Vista suite was part of the ancient noble palace of Trebiano; we have preserved the atmosphere.

La splendida cornice di questo luogo romantico immerso nella natura ti lascerà a bocca aperta. Nella zona più panoramica della proprietà, si trova una splendida struttura Glamping di 50 mq con una camera matrimoniale, bagno, cucina e una splendida terrazza che domina tutta la collina. La struttura è stata creata per le coppie che vogliono passare momenti indimenticabili nella tranquillità e immersi nella natura, ma con tutti i comfort.

A casa di Isy - Appartamento a Lucca

L’appartamento/tavernetta si trova al piano terra di una casa unifamiliare, separato dal primo piano garantendo privacy agli ospiti. Ha un ampio giardino, veranda e parcheggio privato, in un contesto molto tranquillo a 1,2 km dalle mura di Lucca, 16 minuti a piedi, 1,4 km dalla stazione dei treni. L’appartamento presenta un’altezza interna contenuta (ad eccezione del salotto), rendendo l’atmosfera accogliente. Animali benvenuti.

A romantic country house, deep in the green Toscana hills, few kilometres from Lucca. A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.
