Clean and comfortable 1-bedroom 2nd floor condo located in Green Cove Resort. The kitchen includes all the basics for cooking. The bedroom has 2 full XL size beds and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an air-conditioner in the bedroom as well as the living room. All linens, pillows and towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer available for your use. Wi fi is accessible throughout the condo and there is a new 40" smart TV with cable.

The screened in porch will offer water views and plenty of wildlife sightings. The resort features a pool, tennis & racquetball courts, and fish cleaning stations.
