We always travel with our dogs and this place was very accommodating. Very spacious and comfortable for 5 of us.

Here's a great place for the family. Plenty of space, nicely furnished kitchen, and a backyard for play. A safe neighborhood and close to just about anyplace in town. My grandkids can't wait to go back! Ricky

One of the best places to stay in Lubbock. The house had all that you needed and more. My family felt right at home. The house is very beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend staying here and most definitely be staying here again in the future.

Place was as described and pictures matched. Close to Texas Tech and several restaurants and bars. Walking distance to coffee shop and bakery. In the heart of where students live but we didn’t mind as we were there for a few baseball games. The keyless entry was having some problems and didn’t work initially for us but Emily was very accessible and came by to make sure we could get in and that it would continue to work.

We were in Lubbock for a baseball game and this was a great place to stay. It was clean and smelled great! It is close to tech and restaurants. Very nice atmosphere! I loved that there were plenty of towels.

Mattress was better than the one I've got at home!

Had a great time at Tonya's AirBNB. She was communicative and the location was as advertised. The home was clean and well taken care of.

Just got the house for an evening for overflow of guest I had coming into town , only a few of us ended up staying so had so much space and the hot tub was awesome , Stacy and Peter made sure everything was all set up for us at check in , much appreciated . I really wish I would have gotten it for a few more nights , it's a beutiful sanctum. The name is so fitting also ! Will absolutely be renting again in the future !

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!

We highly recommend staying at Julie's Guesthouse. Pool for the summer and a beautifully decorated three bedroom house. IT was perfect. The linings, bed and temperature controls were awesome. We slept like a bunch of logs. The house was even decorated for Christmas. A very nice touch by the host Julie. She was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated home. Steven was a fantastic host and my family and I had a nice stay. I would recommend this Airbnb highly! If and when we travel back to Perryton we will definitely attempt to stay again!

I had a reunion with my children and grandchildren. I have children in New Mexico and San Antonio so Lubbock was the perfect meeting place. When we arrived the thermostat was not working. I emailed Amber and she responded immediately. She had someone bring batteries for the thermostat and that solved the issue. She was very kind during our interaction. The cabin was pristine clean - looked like we were the first guests. Refrigerator was immaculate. Great fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient location for us visiting our TTU student who lives very close by. Easy to get there and convenient to local restaurants and TTU campus.

This home was a perfect getaway for us. Added bonus was the pool table and dart boards. We had a great time just hanging out, visiting some local restaurants and venues and then winding down with a game of pool or darts at night. Also, our fur babies really enjoyed the expansive back yard. They did lots of zoomies and it wore them out!
