Perfect spot for the concert we attended at Red Rocks! Was very convenient getting to and from the venue and the place itself was perfect to relax before and after the show. The place itself was cozy and had great amenities. Would stay again!

This place was amazing. We stayed 4 days with no issues. We had the opportunity to meet Jeffery, he was very kind. We felt comfortable and welcome. There were no issues with bugs and we had access to the hot tub which was lovely. The location was nice and safe. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver.

The home was just as pictured and described. The hot tub and fire pits worked perfectly with some assistance from Jordan. She was super responsive to our questions and requests. We were even able to have a late check out which was very helpful. The location in Lo-Hi was super walkable and central to everything we needed. Self check-in and check-out were very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Jim was such an awesome host! My blind dog was having some anxiety when I left and was barking. Jim opened the door and let him hang out with him for the evening while I was at a concert. The location was amazing and so close to everything!

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. In einer der vorherigen Bewertungen steht was von einem unangenehmen Geruch. Einfach die Tür zur Waschküche schließen, dann merkt man davon kaum noch etwas. Ansonsten einzig negativer Punkt für mich war, dass der Lock irgendwie etwas geklemmt hat. Aber einmal Bescheid gesagt, dann wird sich dem auch angenommen. Daher kann ich nur sagen, dass eine super freundliche und hilfsbereite Kommunikation bestanden hat. Alles war sehr sauber, auch das Bett war gut. Ich finde die Idee mit den kleinen Willkommenssnacks sehr süß. Man kann in der Gegend gut mit dem Auto parken oder auch gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. Und zu guter Letzt ist es auch eine sehr schöne und sichere Gegend!

We stayed for 4 days, we had the best time. Mr. Todd be was very accommodating- we ende mc d up getting in earlier than expected & we were able to check in early. Mr. Todd’s place is PERFECT if you’re wanting to be in the heart of Denver! It was PERFECT! Every thing we needed to stay comfortable and feel at home for our whole trip! We will definitely be back.

My stays here have always been enjoyable, as the home is so clean and bright, and the hosts so welcoming. The location is nice and convenient, as shops and restaurants are nearby, and the freeway is relatively close. Dianne and John set out a few holiday decorations, so the apartment felt festive. My 24 night stay was wonderful, and I look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay! Charley and Mari were proactive about communicating with us from the day we reserved the space to the end of our stay. The space was clean, spacious, and comfortable; just as the listing described. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town!

Cheryl and her house-sitter, Amanda, were great hosts. The place is just as described and super clean. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood and I used uber to get around. Cheryl and Amanda were very helpful and accommodating.

This is a lovely basement apartment with great amenities. The kitchen and the bathroom have everything you could need and a lot of thought has obviously gone into the place. Very comfortable for relaxing in the living room. A fun neighborhood for walking around and looking at the houses. Would definitely recommend.

We loved staying at this place! So many pots and pans so it was easy to cook meals for our family! Two bedrooms and two baths with comfortable beds! Host was helpful! We’d stay here again!

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

Nice, cozy, extremely-well-equipped condo to come back to after a day hiking in the mountains! The extensive/varied vinyl collection was an added bonus; a little Nina Simone playing while sipping on some cab is hard to beat. The place was squeaky clean, had literally everything we needed, including comfy furniture to chill out in (trust me, that's not always the case). Not quite walking distance (<1mi) to anything, but traffic is light, and the HOP is $3. Regardless, we'd go back to this one!

My boyfriend and I were lucky enough to book Mariah’s place for a 5 day stay for exploring Denver and celebrating the new year. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and the many amenities allowed us to have a very comfortable and convenient stay. We made great use of the three bathrooms, the washer/dryer, the full fridge, and all the closet space. Mariah was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet, the home was free of clutter, and the shower was hot. A perfect stay to convince us to want to move to Colorado. Would recommend to anyone for both short and long stays.

I've been living out of Airbnbs for the last year and Dale has hands down been one of the best hosts. When we arrived super late on a Sunday night and had work the next morning, Dale had left us cinnamon rolls, OJ, and coffee so we could have a fresh start in the morning. During our stay he coffee maker broke and Dale had it replaced within a couple hours and dropped off additional coffee as well. Location is great. 2min walk from movement climbing gym and short walk to a grocery store. Airbnb is as pictured.

This house was perfect for three couples visiting Boulder. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to downtown. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook a meal and hang out. We used the hot tub and jumped in the cold pool a couple of times. We really appreciated the flexible check in time with our work schedules too.

I had a very nice stay here, and Steven was very easy to communicate with and work with. It’s a really nice home with a great kitchen and downstairs and very comfortable nicely set up bedrooms upstairs, plus a nice work area.
