This is the second house we have stayed at through Sheila in Panama city. We love being so close to the beach and being able to walk right to it. Having a nice quiet neighborhood is also nice. We also love that the homes are pet friendly and this yard was very nice sized and had a large privacy fence as well. She is always quick and easy to communicate with if you ever need anything. She even made sure we had a full tank of propane as we usually grill out! We had amazing weather the whole time! Overall a great week!

Great location and everything was as described! We had tons of room to spread out. Cute and very comfortable.

Great for big families very homey and close to a lot of attractions. Sweet and understanding hosts. Great pricing would come again!

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Jennifer and Mike’s home is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal, just add food. The beds are comfy and the showers are fabulous. We loved the patio for coffee and reading while our dog like wandering around in the gated backyard. We will try to book next year! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home as if it were ours.

Very clean,lots of room for my family. Spacious backyard for dogs. Walking distance to beach and restaurants, go carts,golf lots of things to do. Would highly recommend

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot away from the PCB craziness. Very quiet and private backyard with a talk fence. Family loved! Totally recommend it.

Great get away for the weekend, Dutch was very responsive and the space was perfect for two couples. Quick five minute walk to coffee and the beach. We didn’t realize there was beach equipment until the last day, so the only thing I wish is that we knew about those amenities.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here, simple and straightforward. Access was a breeze and everything was as described, would recommend!

The house was perfect for us, 3 couples, no kids. However, this house would be equally as perfect for families with kids too as there was a TON of games and things to do just around the house. Every detail has been thought of here. It is probably a 2 min drive to the public beach access and a prime location. It is very inviting, open, immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and showers were great. The true highlight of this home is the backyard, the hot tub, pool and deck were perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. It really felt like a beach house. Sally was so friendly and easy to get a hold of! We would love to come back in the future.

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

Such a great stay! From the moment we walked in, the cozy coastal furnishings set the perfect vibe. Even though it’s a two-bedroom bungalow, it felt super spacious, and the backyard was packed with great amenities. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time—no spring break crowds and nearly empty beaches! Shopping and restaurants were just a mile away with tons of free parking, and a short drive brought us to waterfront dining and bars. Even with some road construction nearby, walking to the beach was no problem at all. The neighborhood was quiet, walkable, and easy to navigate. Plus, having a grocery store and CVS close by was super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Had a great stay. The house was clean, the host was very helpful and I was able to bring my boat and dock it. I will be coming back soon

It’s always great staying here .. I have stayed here a few times now with my friends and as long as the home is available we will continue to stay here every year

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Liv’s place provided just what we needed for our short weekend getaway! It’s Spring Break so I expected to pay a bit over what’s probably considered average, but I also know “you get what you pay for!” The place was clean and did not present any pungent cleaning chemical smells! The area was just across from the beach and afforded my son and his friend the opportunity to roam safely and freely while having access to all of the amenities surrounding! It was my husband‘s weekend to work, but because Liv allowed another vehicle on premises, he was able to make the commute from his work location to us both days! There was a funny occurrence with this though….. but I’ll let that remain an inside joke between myself and the host, lol! Overall, we had such an amazing stay and are so grateful to you for extending your home to us this weekend.
