Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

Welcome to our 1912 Farm House. Our home was built over 100 years ago but has been fully updated with modern appliances, new flooring and fresh paint. We are less than 10 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport and 20 minutes to the University of Tennessee. The main floor of the home is wide open and can accommodate large groups. This property is located on Ft Loudon Lake. You can enjoy views of the lake from inside the kitchen or sitting on the back deck. Enjoy a walk anytime down to the water.

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. Our cottage is light and airy. Nice kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher. It is on a quiet dead end street. Only 10 miles from the airport. Our cottage is located 1.2 mi from Ish Creek boat ramp. We are just up the road if you need anything. You are welcome to call or text. Our cottage is very close to 3 different public water areas. The first is just over a mile. Very relaxing area. Access to bedroom #3 may be restricted per # of guests.
