This was a lovely rental! Ariana was a fantastic host and provided many great recommendations. House was exquisitely maintained, has everything you could ask for, and is 5 minute walk from Magazine St. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great having a wet slip with cleaning tables and electric outlets to charge your boat. Great location. Will definitely be back.

I truly enjoyed the "small life" afforded by the "cabin". I always enjoy interesting and non-conventional accommodations, and this stay did not disappoint. Abita Springs is a lovely town, and the Abita Coffee House is absolutely divine. When I head back to Covington, I will stay with D+S. Cheers!

The goats are the sweetest goats I’ve ever come in contact with. I grew up on a ranch, I’ve owned goats… These goats (and the kitty) are kid friendly. My son is terrified of cats, by the end of the stay he wanted to carry the cat home with us. We came for the animals and the outdoors experience which did not disappoint! We enjoyed every minute, especially the Bigfoot touches! Everything was perfect! Oh and don’t miss feeding the fish!! We loved that!

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Liz's place. It's a lovely space, bright and high-ceilinged, and the little patio just outside is a perfect place to sip coffee in the morning. We loved how easy it was to walk to the restaurants and shops of Magazine St. And Liz was friendly and so helpful and she gave great recommendations that helped us enjoy wonderful food within easy walking distance. Plus, parking was easy and free!

Bill and Karen’s Tiny Cabin is an awesome get away from the city. Very secluded with plenty of nature, walking trails, and activities. We were greeted by Bill and Karen at the deer pen and had a chance to feed the deer treats by hand! We took advantage of the properties walking trails and next time would definitely look to fish, grab a canoe or kayak, or even rent the pontoon boat. Overall great place to stay and would come back!

Grants place was perfect . Very peaceful and quiet.

Monica’s place was absolutely adorable and so quiet. We spent one day outside in the yard in chairs reading books, because it was so peaceful to sit out. Working with Monica was a breeze and easy. She was very quick with her responses and offered local dinning options as well. We are planning on coming back to Baton Rouge and hoping to maybe snap a day or two at her place again!

We enjoyed our stay at Pam’s place, quiet place to stay, comfy beds, all the kitchen appliances we needed to cook a home meal. We enjoyed the creek but most of all we enjoyed seeing all the wildlife being in the woods brings.

This may be one of my favorite airbnb’s yet for a quick get away from the hustle and bustle of Baton Rouge. We love the Northshore & Bush for its rolling hills, horse farms and proximity to Covington and Mandeville. It was my husband and I’s one year wedding anniversary and we Jsut wanted one night of peace and quiet. This gem is tucked back off the road and is next to a fenced in meadow with a horse. Totally up our alley! Very clean, very precious and the host was very quick to respond and answer any questions! We will definitely be returning.

We had such a great stay! This tiny home was laid out so well that it felt big inside! From the outside it looked like it would be kinda small, but it was great! It was just the 2 of us, but I could definitely see 4 people staying here fine. The back screened-in porch also added to the large feel of the place. Plus the hot tub was so relaxing - you can choose to switch on the string lights of the backyard or sit in the darkness while watching fireflies and listening to the sounds of frogs in the nearby swamp (or in our case, the rain. thunder, and lightning -- it was awesome)! All felt so clean and Candy was super responsive! Geaux immerse yourself in Louisiana culture and stay here!

Words do not do this place justice!! It is even better than pictured and is the best place we have stayed in LA yet!! Seriously! Two of us stayed here and loved absolutely EVERYTHING about it! It was perfect! If you are on the fence about this one just go ahead and book it now and you wont be disappointed!! Praying it is available when we are down there again next week!!!!

Our stay exceeded our high expectations. The studio is even better than on the pictures. Amazing location, more amenities than you could hope for, big and amazing record collection, … We wanted to experience the real Acadiana and Jen’s studio is the perfect place to do so. Jen was wonderful, she made sure that we really felt welcome and at home in the studio! We would give more than 5 stars if we could 😀

Adrienne was accommodating, friendly, attentive, and helpful. We planned a last minute road trip and booked everything the day of and shortly before leaving actually. Adrienne responded quickly, confirmed everything, and had the light on at the house for us since we made it in late. We do not get to travel as much as we would like but we enjoyed every minute of this place and we appreciate Adrienne for making it so smooth and easy for us. We recommend this place if anyone is traveling that way.

Loved the place! I'm familiar with the area and knew I wanted something in Capital Heights, and this was the perfect spot. Super walkable to Curbside and Calandro's Groceries, and love walking around and seeing the other houses. Kind of small but perfect size for a couple or 2 friends. Really liked how comfortable the space was.

What a perfect place to stay! The host, Cathy, was so wonderful! Incredibly kind and helpful with everything! The property was beautiful too. Clean, well kept, PERFECT for a couples vacation! Walking in the door we felt right at home due to the beautiful color scheme. The pool was pristine. Clean. PRIVATE. The location is perfect, literally 20 steps from Old Mandeville in a very safe area! But, if you don’t want to walk, she has bikes available for use too! Ms. Cathy also had near everything we needed stocked in the AirBnB. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We have nothing negative to say about our experience. THANK YOU, MS. CATHY! We truly enjoyed our time at the fish house. We fished during the day and had a nice little area to sit by a fire in the evenings. The area was very quiet and peaceful and right on the water. Ms Miranda was a gem. We definitely recommend staying here.

Mary was great! I mentioned having smores at the fire pit and she went and bought the stuff for us to use! She went out of her way to make us feel at home. Brought extra towels and even offered us a late check out because she knew our drive was far!!!! 5 stars ⭐️ definitely will be pack if she lets me!!🫶🏻❤️🫶🏻❤️ best host I’ve ever had!!
