Two bedroom fishing camp in lower Montegut, located near some of the best fishing in the area. We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our updated cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, LA on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a king bed and a loft area with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed above and a twin trundle below. The living area, kitchen, and bathroom are downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with WIFI, smart TVs , basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, etc. We have trails to explore and a floating dock in the bayou!

There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
