Kathy was a great host! The place was clean and well designed. Loved the location, away from noise but close to restaurants and stores. I was here on a contract job and this was a perfect getaway!

Tony was a great host ! He was very helpful and communicated well when I needed help with anything ! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly would have stayed longer cause it felt like home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home.

Our stay at Lori’s was wonderful! We lived in NOLA for a long time, and we come back to visit often. Lori’s home was one of the best we’ve stayed in, hands down. Ideal, walkable location for food, coffee, fun, and groceries, but set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood where you’ll feel like a NOLA local. We felt right at home. Lori is one of the most generous, helpful and responsive hosts we’ve met. Her home was very clean, well-appointed, and we appreciated the plentiful towels, blankets, etc. for our family. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you for a great stay!

This was my first time staying at this location and my third time staying at one of the host's properties. I chose this location after noticing David & Crystal were the hosts. From the time I booked, there was clear communication. I had a question, and they responded within minutes. Truly appreciate that! The location was easy to find and exactly as described. Close to highway but no noise. Check-in was a breeze with clear instructions and easy keypad entry. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. Plus, the place was spotless. Very quiet. Fast Wi-Fi for my three devices. The desk easily accommodate my laptop, two large monitors, keyboard, and mouse. Private carport was nice. Comfy bed. Cold A/C & hot water with good pressure (important to me). Can't recommend this place enough, especially for remote workers like me. Book it!

Nice place to stay

Joseph is a fantastic host. Not only did he provide a clean and lovely place to stay with everything we needed, he went above and beyond to make our visit fantastic. This home is inspiringly decorated to give a feel of the city and its history. It is whimsical, thoughtful and unusually charming! There were thoughtfully curated details everywhere. He provided a laminated map with certain areas marked on it. Brochures on local activities and sites were available as well as books and even a coloring book which we enjoyed. We loved taking our meals and a nightcap on the verandah. The neighborhood was quiet and the bus stop only a block or two away. Joseph reached out to me during our stay, knowing that we were planning on attending Jazzfest, and said he left some folding chairs for us to use at the festival. We were very appreciative of this, we had thought we would have to purchase chairs and leave them behind. We didn't rent a car this visit, between RTA and Uber travel was easy.

Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Great space if you want to stay on Frenchman in the middle of NoLa’s music scene. The balcony was our favorite. The AC worked great. We loved the space and we felt right at home.

I’ve visited New Orleans many times, and this was my favorite spot to stay by far. The uptown location is incredible (in a walkable, safe, quiet neighborhood filled with lots of flowers, steps from the streetcar), and the apartment is clean and spacious. The two bed/two bath set-up is perfect for two couples! Ryan provided lots of local food & drink reccs, which rocked. Couldn’t ask for more! A great home base in NOLA

Gorgeous building and great apartment. Good size spaces and everything you need. Loved that it had an outside area too where we could sit out with a morning coffee. Nice quiet area with local cafes and shops. Convenient to get into central locations too.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

Robert is a supreme host! He was quick to respond (even though he was at Jazz Fest) when one of our crew arrive early. I also lost an earring at some point during the weekend and Robert went above and beyond to try and find it after we left. The bedding, furniture, cleanliness, and beautiful morning light made our stay wonderful just as much as the location and history of the building. And a tattooed person, I loved being above a tattoo shop (I got two during our stay!), but if you don’t have or like tattoos, you don’t even notice there’s a business operating below you. It’s so peaceful and the few people coming and going are so sweet and courteous. 10/10 would stay again next time I’m in town.

This is my second time staying at this location. Jim is incredibly helpful and attentive. His property is beautiful and peaceful. The location is situated well within the city to get anywhere you want to go with ease. My tip: enjoy your coffee or evening cocktail in the garden or on the balcony. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Nice place for a quick getaway, host was very responsive and made check in easy. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and well located - any minor issues were addressed immediately (I was there for 13 nights).

Very cute place, easy to find parking on the street. It was an easy and short drive to the French Quarter - Ian provided lots of recommendations for our first visit to NOLA. If one wants to try it the trolley is only one block away. We opted to use the rental car we had and park in one of the parking decks on the perimeter of the French Quarter. It was about a 15 minute walk to all the fun. The home was spacious, well maintained, and the laundry facility was a big plus - no loads of dirty laundry to bring home! The kitchen had all the essentials and we did cook and eat in the first night. Madina's restaurant was within walking distance and was really good with friendly service and large portions. Would definitely recommend the Pharmacy Tour in the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. And of course, the beignets! Relaxing time with lots to do. Great location for your stay.

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

The syd is the by far the nicest property in the neighborhood. Once you go in the main gate you are in a separate oasis. Feels very secluded even though you are in the middle of town in a tight neighborhood. Had no issues parking multiple vehicles on the street. Host was excellent with questions about the area.
