Comprising one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, kitchen - dining area, bathroom and veranda. Equipped with everything you need for a holiday, it has parking, communal washing machine with another apartment, oven, TV and air conditioning. Present the veranda with table and chairs for eating outside. The house is in a quiet area of the village, surrounded by a few houses. The country is small, but with the main services such as supermarket, Bancomat, post office, pharmacy,etc. The sandy beach of Lido delle Rose is a few hundred meters, but in a car or bikes are easy to reach places south of Tortoli and S. Maria Navarrese to the north. Several activities in the area: hiking, climbing, trekking, boat trips in the Gulf of Orosei and much more. L'appartamento e' di nuovissima costruzione, si trova al secondo piano , ideale per 4 persone, composto da camera matrimoniale, cameretta con due letti, dispone di una spaziosa veranda con tavolo e sedie per pranzi all' aperto e uno spazio in giardino dedicato alla zona barbecue. La distanza dalla spiaggia e' di circa 1 km , bancomat e supermarkets a circa 500 metri. L'alloggio inoltre dispone di posto auto privato. Posizione ideale per coloro che amano il mare e le escursioni in montagna.

Edificio ad uso esclusivo ristrutturato di recente, diviso su 4 livelli. Al piano terra abbiamo una cucina completa, un camino (solo decorativo) e un bagno. Nel seminterrato un ambiente (no finestre) con letto matrimoniale, un piccolo divano e un bagno completo. Al 1° piano abbiamo un ambiente con cucina, una stufa a legna (solo decorativa), un divano letto per 2 persone, balcone e bagno completo. Infine in terrazza abbiamo arredi da esterno sotto un gazebo e un grill in muratura.

Alla fine di un sentiero immerso nella macchia mediterranea di un Parco Naturale, a pochi passi dall’incantevole Baia di Cala Moresca, sorge “Amorisca”, vecchio fabbricato in porfido rosso, antico rifugio per i cavatori di pietre. Un sapiente restauro frutto di ricerca e di amore per il bello ha rivelato da ogni angolo e da ogni oggetto una storia da raccontare; difficile non coglierne la luce, i profumi, le emozioni: benvenuti nel Cuore dell'Ogliastra 'Terra di centenari'.
