The Thunderbird Tiny House

The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that. This house is off the grid so we've got to be careful not to use too much electricity cannot run do not run hair Dryer

Peace & Quiet in Paradise Hills - 3 night minimum

3 night minimum and 2 day notice. Enjoy peace and privacy in our spacious studio apartment (over 700 sq ft) with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate entrance, parking. The apartment is equipped with one queen and one twin bed. **DO NOT book if you smoke or vape. Going outside to smoke/vape does not help; the smoke smell lingers on the clothes and infiltrates all fabrics in the apartment. It also will enter the main home as part of the apartment shares the same heating/cooling air intake.

Nob Hill Apartment 5 mins. from airport

Please no pets allowed. This is a private upstairs one room studio apartment complete with kitchen and 3/4 bath. It boasts a separate entry & private deck with a view of the Sandias. High speed wifi and television. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea on the deck and walk to the beautiful neighborhood Hyder Park around the corner. Very conveniently located to Nob Hill, Presbyterian and UNM hospitals, shopping, UNM & the sports complexes in a very walkable neighborhood. 5 minutes from the airport!!

Whole front of house (private) separated by locked door with bedroom, living room, and private bath. Large workspace with extra monitor, desk chair, keyboard. High speed internet and air conditioning. Less than a mile walk from Route 66, near to UNM and the hospital. Albuquerque Airport is 1.8 miles away. Private Casita at the Desert River Farm

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.
