Brenda was very responsive and her house keeper Mathilde was super helpful and walked us through the home upon check in.

The roundhouse has an interesting design all in one room with grass roof and the garden is really big. We originally booked the roundhouse and stayed one night, but it is located in the centre of town, and it was too bustling for us, we wanted to quiet and serenity so Anthony kindly let us change our booking to The Enchanted House, which is more expensive, its larger with 2 bedrooms but we preferred the location, its much quieter, out in desert scrub, at night it was very dark and you could see lots of stars.

Sorel’s place was perfect for our group of six. The bedrooms are private and the open space is plentiful for group dinners and gatherings. What really makes this place special is the concierge service. Dian, Jesus, and Ali were amazing. We felt spoiled rotten by their amazing meals and attentive service. Thanks to you three for making our stay so special!

Casa Eva was amazing. The house looks like something out of a movie. There is a koi pond in the front hall. Beautiful views from the 2nd floor master. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Gorgeous zero-entry pool and spa. Area is very safe and secure. The house is located in a quiet gated community. You must drive through 2 gates that are secured 24 hours a day. Tatiana and Fernando, the couple that care for the house were very kind. Tatiana took care of our laundry and cleaned. Fernando helped empty kitchen garbage, set up charcoal grill, and maintain the property. The house is 10 minutes from Chilerno beach, which was great for swimming. The house is a short drive to Cabo San Lucas. My family of 3 adults and 3 kids-15,12, and 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Rene was very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a house in Cabo.

This villa is absolutely stunning. Incredible views and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend renting a golf cart, as walking to the various resort amenities is not feasible. From a few weeks from our check in, the house concierge, Dario, to the very end at check out, was FANTASTIC!!! He treated us very well, and was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. Even ensuring our pool temperature was perfect for my family, he was remarkable. Dario made our stay an amazing one!

Overall, highly recommend! Our group of 8 girls had a wonderful time staying at this house! Onelly was an amazing host, super responsive and very accommodating, she gave us early check in and late check out. The house looks just like the pictures, maybe even better in person, and gives off Santorini vibes. It is in a private gated community, which makes it feel very safe, but is still accessible by Uber and UberEats at any time and there is a grocery store within walking distance. Costco is a 10 min drive and the marina and downtown is 20 min. However, one minor issue with the location is that the house is a little difficult to find at first (Google maps will show a pedestrian walkway as a road you can drive on to get there, but you actually can't drive that way), but it's not hard once you figure it out once. Another thing to note is that the jacuzzi and pool can only be heated on a set schedule that you decide on beforehand, you can't turn it on whenever you want on the day of.

Melissa's place was very clean, comfortable, & safe. Her instructions and assistance ahead of time were wonderful. The house has so many thoughtful touches like the cooler for the beach & ice packs in the freezer. I've never been picked up at the airport before via an Airbnb rental. It was above & beyond. Her neighbors who assisted us getting from & to the airport were very nice & helpful. Upon their recommendation, we visited Chileno Beach just a few miles down the freeway & ended up there pretty much every day. The car was very much appreciated and necessary for the area. You can't really walk to much except for the local pizza place & burrito place (which were both superb). If you can wait til 9am for coffee, there's also a coffee shop. Another reviewer mentions that the beach is almost across the street but that's the main freeway so crossing to it on foot is daring to say the least. If you don't mind driving, it's a great home base and you'll feel taken care of.

Great location if you like to walk to restaurants, supermarket, the beach etc. (20 minute walk) otherwise you will need a car or Uber. House was large and very well stocked with items (pans, towels etc.). Host was helpful, responsive and flexible. Three bedrooms all with their own bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Overall a great stay, we'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Montemar. The suite is on the 3rd floor, pool and amenities are on the 4th floor. The views and pool deck are phenomenal! The suite is large and the beds were very comfortable!! The suite has most of what you need for cooking. There is enough cutlery and dishes for 4 adults but you will need to utilize the dishwasher during your stay. The pool being the floor above, there is some additional sounds of water you may hear during your stay but nothing we found disruptive. During the week there is local construction but again, you’re staying in the city not at a distant resort so that was not distruptive to us! Ana was a lovely assistant during our stay and the on site staff are fabulous! Ana found out we were celebrating our anniversary and even sent us recommendations for dinner! Feels very safe when entering and exit the residence. The extra water bottles and beer they provided upon check-in were a nice touch! We would certainly stay at Montemar again!

We stayed in San Jose Del Cabo for 5 weeks enjoyed our stay in Fatima's condo. The location was terrific, one block off the square & our patio overlooked a restaurant w/ nightly music, we listened for free. The bed was very comfortable, we did have a weekly maid service $30, that made it a real vacation for us. The pool was gorgeous not heated in the winter so it was a bit cool. Jose at the front desk was a darling, still working on his English and always welcomed us with a big smile. Close by restaurants, out the front door & turn right, across the street is the brand new Osteria 107, opened the day we left, looks great don't know about food. At first corner across the street is French Riveria Bakery, turn right & a couple of doors up is Tequila Res't, great breakfasts & dinner looks good. Turn left at the corner & Lolita is a good breakfast/lunch only place, with Adelitas directly across street Mexican. Also liked Come a Casa, Italian and Favio pizza. must do Art Walk on Thursday.

Very nice views from the two decks. We watched whales every morning. Kitchen has all the supplies to cook. Hot tub and pool were both well kept. Bruno met us at check-in to walk us around the property. The master bedroom has incredible views. The Jr suite is above the main house and provides space/privacy. Private beach is 1/3 mile away. It’s a steep walk but we’ll worth it.

Our stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations! Jon and Berenice were absolutely gracious and provided amazing hospitality, making us feel truly welcomed. The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Located in a secure, gated community, the level of safety was outstanding, ensuring that travelers from around the world can feel at ease. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and the breathtaking views from the outdoor fireplace area - simply phenomenal! The location is ideal for visiting Los Cabos, just about 10 minutes from Cabo San Lucas and around 25 minutes from San José del Cabo. It offered the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. From the moment we booked, the hosts provided all the necessary details and continued to communicate seamlessly throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered immediately, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend this AirBnB.

Enjoyed our vacation in Cabo staying at Casa Amistad. Close proximity to downtown and the Denise provided help with nearby accommodations and transportation. Would definitely come again.

Home is beautiful, perfect location for a peaceful family trip. Building is residential, so none of the chaos of a resort - we were there in the off-season, so it was even quieter than I expect would be normal. 2 pools and a hot tub were ideal for the kids, with direct access to a beautiful, swimmable (and empty) beach. All of the things needed for a beach vacation (chairs, towels, games, etc.) were there. Incredible views, each bedroom had it's own bath and the two master suites were large and removed from the main living areas. Highly recommend - the pictures and description don't do it justice. Grocery stores and shopping very close, San Jose an easy 7-10 minute drive away.

This place was incredible! We had six people, but could have easily fit ten. The pool was super fun with some neat toys to keep us entertained. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and seasonings which was great - didn’t have to waste money on things we would only use once! The view is unbeatable, and those in the master bedroom get to wake up to it every morning which is incredible. Our hosts Bruno and Andres were super responsive- Andres met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place which was lovely. WiFi was strong - we had no problem with it dropping out. I would recommend renting a car personally, just because there isn’t much within walking distance, but it’s an easy drive to get everywhere. Overall a stunning place, and we’re all talking about making this an annual trip!

Check in took a bit of time. There were some groups checking in at the same time. The rental is fabulous. Very spacious, fancy, and clean. The private heated infinity pool was our favorite feature. We spent a lot of time in the pool, looking out at the beautiful view. We loved watching the whales in the ocean from the pool. It was nice to have a working hot tub as well. We would definitely stay at this rental again.

La casa es maravillosa, las habitaciones son muy amplias, y uno se sienta realmente como en casa. La Terraza permite disfrutar los atardeceres y la puesta de la luna. En todo momento realmente las fotografías no le hacen justicia a la casa, ya que esta es muy bella y cómoda, los baños suntuosos y ampliamente diseñados para disfrutar el baño y una buena tarde de jacuzzi, la cocina permite atender a 10 personas y la sala junto con el comedor forman un conjunto muy agradable para pasar la tarde, viendo la televisión o simplemente gozar de los atardeceres en la terraza, realmente recomiendo esta propiedad y las personas que la administra siempre están atentas a solucionar cualquier circunstancia o recomendación que se necesite. Sin duda volvería a este lugar. Nuestra familia se la pasó muy cómoda como en su casa.
