The host was highly professional and responsive, promptly addressing all requests and ensuring everyone’s comfort throughout their visit. Everything about our stay was fantastic!! The beds, the pool, the town…the three of us loved this Airbnb and look forward to coming back. Swimming in a heated pool in the winter is a heavenly experience.

Graciela's place was cozy and perfect for our little trip. The kids loved the pool area and the snacks!

This house is incredibly spacious and looks exactly like the photos. All of the linens are well organized and the kitchen had tons of counter space. The fireplace was dreamy in the kitchen and we loved the absolutely enormous television! Very, very soft beds as well.

It’s a beautiful place. It’s was a peaceful escape from the business of the Bay Area. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Even though it was just a short stay. Would definitely recommend it and would love to visit again. They have a lot of board games and the hot tub is amazing and the sauna.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is beautiful, in the middle of nature, conveniently located to highway, stores, restaurants nearby towns and beaches. The guest house is cosy and clean. The host responsive and friendly. They left a clear binder. The garden, swimming pool, tennis court and mini golf all very family friendly :)

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

This is a great listing with a private bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. For San Francisco, the rent is quite reasonable. The place is clean and well-organized, with a washer, dryer, and everything you need for daily life. There’s also indoor parking. We stayed for four nights and often brought food back for dinner—having a fridge and microwave was super convenient. The neighborhood is generally quiet, though the ceiling isn’t soundproof and you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Earplugs helped. Kirk was very responsive and warm, making the stay even more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. After a last minute cancellation by another property, we were lucky enough to find Blake and Lisa’s wonderful home. The whole space is beautifully renovated and the view is incredible. We actually changed some of our plans so we could spend more time staying in and watching everything going on at the beach. Getting to see dolphins from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom was a real treat. The walking path along the beach is just steps from the door, as well as several restaurants, a market, and a deli. Parking was right outside the door as well, and the neighborhood was quiet. We can’t wait to go back and spend more time there. Thank you, Lisa, for being so accommodating and helpful with our last minute booking. We really appreciate everything!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This place was truly a gem! The wall of windows and the balcony to watch the ocean is perfection. We even saw a few seals from the balcony! The condo is clean, comfortable, and spacious. Well set up for relaxing! We felt at home- it is well appointed with everything you could need with instructions on where to find things. The location was perfect- within steps of the beach and great restaurants, easy drive to Monterey, Santa Cruz, etc. A new favorite spot for us to visit! Thanks for the hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!
