Отличный вариант. Вход в дом прямо из гаража. Заезд со стороны ул Калинина - на карте отмечено с ул. Гетапня, но там только пешком. Удобное расположение: до парка пара минут пешком, в непосредственной близости магазинчики и пара кафе, 10-15 минут пешком до центра Дилижана. В окна немного слышно реку, для меня это бонус. Дом большой, в нём чисто, на кухне всё есть. Мебель не самая новая, но всё чистое, всё что нужно есть. Очень вежливый, отзывчивый и предпредительный хозяин. В целом - отличные впечатления.

I had an amazing stay! The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect, I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Thank you Syuzanna for having us.

En globalité, la location s'est très bien passé. La terrasse est géniale ! Nous avons passé pas mal de temps sur cette terrasse, nous avons fait du barbecue, écouté la musique etc. Bref c'était très bien!(il y tous pour faire du barbecue, une grille, des brochette en acier, il y a même une sèche-cheveux pour souffler sur les braises ) La maison est un peu plus petite qu'on l'imaginait d'après les photos, surtout l'espace cuisine/salle de main. Mais au final on n'y pas passé beaucoup de temps. On a surtout passé du temps dans la cour avec la terrasse couverte et dans la chambre, qui est bien spacieuse. La maison est proche du centre, le parc central est accessible en 10-15 min. Bref, n'hésitez pas à choisir ce logement, surtout si vous souhaitez faire du barbecue dans la cour à pleine air et manger sur la terrasse à plusieurs. Si vous voulez avoir un expérience appartement avec tout le confort d'un appartement - cette location n'est pas la plus adaptée pour vous! Cordialement.

Нам очень понравился дом. Нас встречала Мариам, была очень вежлива и обходительна. Чистый и комфортный бассейн. Несколько локаций во дворе для посиделок - мангальная зона, игровая зона, беседка, бассейн, зона у костра. Очень комфортное жилье, при возможности приедем ещё раз .

I really liked living here. The house is very spacious and quiet. The neighborhood is peaceful and the tranquil botanical garden is nearby. The host was very helpful. He helped me organize my programs in the area and also provided free transport to the bus station. If I return to Vanadzor, I will choose them again!

I had an unforgettable experience staying at this Airbnb. Everything was truly fantastic, from the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. Norayr was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. He ensured everything was right and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and charming place with amazing views and a wonderful host, this is the one. I’d give it more than five stars if I could!

Mariam was super nice and always easy to reach. She helped us at short notice, even in the middle of the night, when we had to leave our previous apartment and was also understanding and accommodating. The accommodation was very clean, had everything we needed, and a beautiful view. Thank you very much.

A coup sûr le meilleur endroit où loger à Alaverdi. L'appartement est impeccable et parfaitement équipé pour des groupes comme le nôtre (nous étions sept). Narine est très accueillante et cuisine à merveille. Les monastères de Sanahin et Haghbat sont à quelques minutes de route seulement et d'innombrables autres sites peuvent être facilement visités dans les environs. Certainly the best place to stay in Alaverdi. The apartment is impeccable and suits groups like ours (we were 7 people) very well. Narine is very hospitable and her cooking skills are awesome. The monasteries at Sanahin and Haghbat are only a few minutes away by car, and there are countless other places to visit in the region. Zweifellos der beste Ort um in Alawerdi zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist tadellos und für Gruppen wie unsere (wir waren zu siebt) sehr gut geeignet. Narine ist sehr gastfreundlich und kocht hervorragend. Die Klöster Sanahin und Haghbat liegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt in der Gegend zahlreiche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

This is a small and nice studio apartment. Very clean and quite. Has a beautiful view from the balcony. Though it is a street view, the gigantic trees make in front of the building make you feel like you're in the forest 🌲❤️ Armine was very kind and responsive 🌻

Квартира на первом этаже, с собственным входом и возможностью комфортно припарковать машину. Хороший вайфай. Хороший горячий душ. Достаточно много полотенец, постельного белья и посуды. Когда на улице жарко, в квартире сохраняется приятная прохлада. В общем все было хорошо. Здесь нам удалось передохнуть и пересобраться после долгого путешествия и перед следующей большой автомобильной поездкой. Большое спасибо ❤️ [Не было средства для стирки; и к нашему приезду не были обновлены шампунь, гель для душа, мыло для рук и прочее. Но кажется, что и не должны были быть. Просто это не совпало с моим ожиданием, поэтому отмечаю.]
