Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Abby's Special Retreat is on the lake, the entry door is 5' above and 80' away from today's lake level. Great views of Lake Erie in all directions from our viewing platform.
