Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The apartment was wonderful. It is extremely clean, very spacious and new, easy to check in and check out. The location is fantastic. Great and fast communication and responsiveness by the hosts. This has been my best Airbnb experience and we will definitely be back.

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Wirklich ein tolles Apartment, indem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Alles war sehr sauber und es ist wirklich nur ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bis zum Strand. Debra war sehr hilfsbereit bei dem Checkout. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. We had a wonderful stay! The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a great restful weekend. Cute place with everything that you needed right at your finger tips. Great hot shower. Comfortable space.

We all loved the house! It was clean, ample parking in the driveway, close to where we needed to be and the host was very attentive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend the rental and even use it in the future!

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

The house is close to downtown which was real convenient for us. House looks exactly as pictured and was clean. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. The house is just in an older neighborhood. Only negative was the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable but we managed. Overall, Matthew is great and was very responsive and willing to make sure our stay was comfortable. I recommend this place for anyone on a budget and still wants a nice place to stay at!

This property and location were exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a 40th birthday with friends. The house was exactly as described as was the property. The 28th Street beach access was back open so getting to the beach was a quick 5 minute walk. The beach chairs, wagon and assorted toys were a nice bonus since we were all travelling from out of town. Our propane tanks were nearly empty and so that hindered our ability to cook out and enjoy the firepit on the last night as we hoped. I would recommend checking those as soon as you arrive. Also, bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap as that was not provided. Those two things aside (and only including as a head's up for future renters), this was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space and location. I would consider renting this property again if I'm in the area with a large group. Jimmy was responsive to all my questions leading up to the trip.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Fabulous space with an outstanding location. Walked to get all groceries and eat at wonderful restaurants. Pool area was nice with afternoon sun and just steps to the beach. Thanks Margie!

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

We had a great stay at Kristin’s condo. The place was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated, and well equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home beach getaway. The beach gear provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, floatation devices, and buggy) was so appreciated and made a huge difference for our daily saunter to the beach. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The condo had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina. It was great being able to see both the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset at the beach every day. Kristin was quick to respond to inquiries and provided incredibly helpful information. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!!
