House was exactly pictured very nice! Kids loved the pool! Everything was in walking distance 10 minutes from #1 beach Siesta Beach. We could walk to many restaurants. Chuck and Kendra were very nice also he took us on his boat for a dolphin & sunset cruise very reasonably priced highly recommended! We had such a great stay and we would definitely book with Kayla again in the future ! Great Host Thank you Kayla! 😊

This place was perfect for us and three young kids. We spent wonderful, fun-filled days at the beach. We could easily go back to the house for lunch, rest time, stuff we forgot, etc…My son’s family stayed a block away with three young kids also. We all used the many amenities of our beach shed: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, noodles, coolers and more. The free washer/dryer was used often. The house itself was very clean, bright and comfortable. Two full bathrooms were ideal for our gang. The kids loved the patio for their meals, games and hanging out. We didn’t use the grill or hot tub this visit but they are great additions to the outdoor space. The location is perfect for the beach access but also to get into town. We were always glad to get out of the traffic and crowds to return to the peaceful home. Evening sunsets were spectacular! We had many photo ops of the family, photos that we will treasure forever. We plan to return next year and are already looking forward to it

My family and extended family were extremely comfortable at Jeff’s place. There was everything we needed and more. It was convenient to have a pack and play plus a high chair. The kids loved collecting eggs everyday and swimming in the pool. Jeff was easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. The location was perfect and not too far for day trips to the beach. We will definitely be returning in the future.

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We had a wonderful stay at Jades beautiful townhouse. We loved the rooftop area with all of its amenities. There is great and comfortable furniture, bed linens, extra blankets and sheets and the pretty beach towels were so much appreciated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The decor is so tasteful and her instructions and communication were perfect!!! We cannot wait to return to Clearwater and Jades home away from home.

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

great property but could use a smidge of TLC on some of the amenities. bocce ball box was very weathered and broke when we picked it up from the accessories areas. Unfortunately, the gas grill, jacuzzi, and BBQ were not usuable during our stay due to a gas line issue. Obviously, it was beyond their control but definitely a bummer because we planned our dinner around using it. the service was fantastic and our family really enjoyed the guesthouse and grounds. we'll return again if in the area!

I visited Sarasota with my family from the state of Rhode Island from April 4 to April 7 and we stayed at Jason’s & Laura house and it was an amazing experience. The house was very clean and organized. The house is located on a great neighborhood, super safe and great amenities. The house was stocked with beach supplies like beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board and a beach cooler that was so nice. The house was exactly what we were expecting, I would recommended to everyone. Thank you Josh and laura.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We definately enjoyed our week here and would return. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We really loved the outdoor pool area! The host was also wonderful and so helpful. Thank you for a great week!

What a treasure. Everything was so clean & inviting. We have stayed at the Mermaid 2 x's when we had a larger group & this time it was us 2 our 2 furbabies. We absolutely loved the Dolphin layout. So cozy & peaceful. Liz is a such a caring fun host. We loved sitting outside of the bungalow in the mornings having our coffee & headed to Liz's private beach area during the day. We even got to watch new palm trees being planted since the hurricane damage the old ones. Aslo met nice ppl & their furbabies. We absolutely love Liz & her gorgeous establishment. Thanks Liz. See you & your furbabies next year.

Our family had a great time. Most of the trip was spent relaxing at the house, using the lovely heated pool, grilling meals, and watching movies in the comfortable living space. It was easy to get to the beaches, bike rentals, restaurants and anything you needed. The house is clean and spacious.

We had a great time! the pool was amazing, everything was very clean and we had everything that we needed while we were there.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Yvonne couldn't have been more responsive, helpful and accommodating for our group of 5. She had great recommendations for things to do. The pool was wonderful and was used every day. It was great to have 3 bathrooms for 5 women. Would definitely book again with her!

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
