A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Each bedroom has it's own air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Family room also has it's own air conditioning unit. Large deck and gazebo! New heated whirlpool tub in the master bathroom! Two person kayak to explore the lake! Pontoon rental available on the lake!
