This is a great home with everything you need on the north part of the island. The home is comfortable with AC in each bedroom. The location is very private and you essentially have a beach to yourself given how quiet it is on the island. We didn’t see anyone on our part of the beach across a couple days.

Brad was an excellent host. His home is in excellent condition. My family and I plan to visit again in the near future and we will stay at Brad’s place! We truly enjoyed our time together at his home. We highly recommend Brad. Having a vehicle was also important while on island. Brad thank you for thinking of everything. We will see you soon!

The house and property: Peaceful. Pristine. Private. The host: Friendly. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Our family had a wonderful time at House Marlin! Cathy is a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable host. Check-in was easy. The house is clean and had all the amenities our family needed. We were steps from the beach and our kids loved the pool.

The stay was very spacious and accommodating. Jill was very responsive and communicated very well. We will book our stay with her again.

This was our family’s second trip to Long Island and our second time staying at Atil’s. We loved every minute of our time on the island and at Atil’s home. The location of this house is truly perfect…it’s amazing to be able to walk to Dean’s Blue Hole. The house also includes so many wonderful additions like a kayak, clear kayak, and beach chairs. Our three boys (1, 3, and 6) love the closet full of toys, playing in the yard, and running up and down the giant veranda. It’s a perfect house for a family! Atil is an incredibly generous and attentive host. He truly tries to take care of the people who stay at his house. Thank you, Atil, for another wonderful trip! We can’t wait to return!

Greet service by Susan and her husband! When ever we needed help she was up and ready to help! She even managed to change the wifi since we were 7 at the villa, ended up with a super fast wifi. You’re welcome for everyone who’ll need a place with great wifi and an amazing view😉

I had a few issues with the TV, but outside of that, everything was great. The apartment was as described. I’ll be back.

Our stay at this home and Stella Maris exceeded all expectations! The accommodations were even better than imagined, and the staff were incredibly friendly and beyond helpful. If you can make the journey, this is a place you won't want to miss out on. It's certain to recharge your batteries and leave you and your family with lasting memories. Stunning location, great people - we ended up staying in the Flamingo house which was amazing. Loved the natural pools and the resort pools. Beach was gorgeous. Views hard to believe. Bar food was great and our waitress Shanelle was awesome. Love Beach was just down the road and very nice also. Snorkeled at the rock pools. Beds are older and decor is dated however space and decks were very nice. Resort food was good however a bit pricey for our budget, found some great takeaways just down the road. Met some really great people - had fun at the resort rum punch party. Drove to the Stella Maris lot at the cape (they also provide a shuttle), cabanas were taken up but the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen! Only negative is I didn’t notice until we arrived that power was extra on top of the nightly price (fine print).

HIGHLY recommend this resort for families getting to know the island AND return visitors. This island is truly a gem, and the resort is perfectly situated in the northern part of the island to relax, explore and connect with your loved ones! The Flamingo House is a great home for large groups that want the convenience of a resort, with the privacy of a house. We'll definitely be back for: the 4 large bedrooms, open living space, and the prime location next to the saltwater pool - with a direct path from your porch to the most amazing swimming experience! Freshwater pool is a plus and also closeby. The staff deserves 10 stars for cooking our fresh catch 2xdaily, the best drinks at the Moonshine bar (house has private path to it), and staying open later for us after a day of exploring. Would only dock a half star for the screen doors that were tough to open, AC upgrades needed in 1-2 bedrooms, and some necessary renovations, but nothing I wouldn't expect in the Bahamas!

We had a great stay at Rainbow house. Bedroom set ups were perfect for our guests. Great location at Stella Maris, close to the airport and we were able to explore the island.

Another amazing stay with Jill at Stella Maris! Long Island has been a favorite haunt for years and Stella Maris has quickly become my favorite place to stay. Jill is always incredibly accommodating and communicative. She was an absolute god send this trip when my elderly in-laws and our 2 young children had a flight hiccup in Nassau. She went out of her way to help us make sure they got here the same day and were able to enjoy the vacation. She was equally as helpful and accommodating when we needed additional transport, set us up with great activities for the whole family, and made sure we had another amazing trip to Long Island!

Place was great for the value, turtle cove is gorgeous, Atil was a great host. Make sure you touch base with him before the day you get there. I forgot to do this and had some complications finding the right place.

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit einen tollen Bar direkt daneben. Das Essen sowie die Getränke dort sind wirklich sehr gut und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit Michelle hat super und unkompliziert funktioniert. Ein früherer Check In war absolut kein Problem. Ich war hier bereits zum dritten Mal und würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Michelle and Jason were great hosts! Rental was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described in listing. Perfect location to explore all of Long Island. We will definitely come back to visit and rent again.
