Newly renovated townhouse in the up-and-coming West New York, NJ. Easy access to the city and to all local attractions. Steps away from the bus stop. The ride to midtown Manhattan takes 15-20 min. Each bedroom has smart TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. Fully fenced private back yard with a grill, "Solo Stove" fire pit for cold winter days, and your own pool for hot summer days. Pool has highest grade Saltwater system. 16 ft round, 52" deep, professionally cleaned and maintained weekly.

Quaint Converted Barn

Terrific space with loads of light and openness. Overlooking golf course, hayloft converted into king bed with twin bunks in office nook and 1.5 baths. It's the perfect place to get away from it all. Barn converted into residence. Comfy, quiet and serene. First level has living room, dining room and a half bath with a spiral to the hayloft which is open to below and divided by closets that create the office nook but permit light over them. The barn is open, only the bathrooms have doors.

Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.
