A 5-star experience, hands down! The home and location were beautiful, and perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. We appreciated all of the amenities - you included everything a guest would need for a perfect stay! The property is well-maintained and the beach access is a dream come true. The instructions for check-in/out and the digital guidebook were so clear and helpful. Thank you for a great experience and for sharing this incredible property with us!

Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

Very clean, beautiful speaker and lots of space. Great place and right by beach

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

We stayed at Leslie's during our travels for a college graduation and unfortunately our agenda was booked. We would have loved to spend more time at our rental. I particularly enjoyed the fenced in backyard so my dog could play ball and sniff around freely. We used the deck our first evening for a short time before the 2 days of rain. The deck is very large and would be great during summer vacation. Leslie was very responsive and informative. I reached out with one question reference an unexpected situation on our part and Leslie responded immediately and was clear with explaining our option. Most important to me, and what stood out was the house was very clean! From floors to linen's, more clean than most other AB&B properties I've rented. As one should expect, this area near the beach is an older neighborhood with homes that are somewhat "dated." Leslie's home has many updates, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom. The amenities were as described. I would stay at Leslie's again.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

We had a lovely time at Matthew and Celia's place. It is a beautiful home, not a generic rental but clearly loved and well taken care of. We were given really helpful instructions for how to find it and for anything we needed, and a sweet note and snacks were waiting for us when we got there. Thank you!

The place matched the description perfectly and much more spacious than what one usually finds for a single bed/bath apartment. I enjoyed the stay and would return again. For me it was a perfect place to accommodate overflow thanksgiving guests over the holiday.

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

We had such a great time staying at this Milford house! It was even better in person than the pictures show, more spacious than expected. The balconies overlooking the water were great to wake up to, and the small touches that the host added (towels set up and stacked in each bedroom, full coffee bar) made everything that much better! Allana was incredibly kind and responsive, being proactive about check in and check out and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be repeat stayers at this house!

We will 1000% rent this house again. Annually and treat it like our 2nd home. The property is easy to get to and is very private with a gate (that slides left and right). It was a keyless entry into the home that was given to us on air bnb app. As soon as you walk in the kitchen is all white and clean. It has everything you need to cook. In the past when we rented a home at Fire Island the refrigerator would be packed with previous renters groceries. To our surprise the fridge was empty and clean. The house was very clean and comfortable. The furniture inside and outside was comfortable and felt like home. The heated pool was big and everyone loved hanging by the pool. The speakers that connect to your phone was easy to connect and operate.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

This is a cozy cottage, perfect abode for one or two people. Kevin and Rosemary are lovely hosts, welcoming and responsive to my needs. Their saltwater pool is an amazing amenity. Of course, being so close to the ocean which I love is ideal! The cottage itself is comfortable and efficient, including a small washer and dryer which made my long-term stay easy to do.

We had a wonderfully, relaxing and inspiring stay. We left feeling inspired, renewed and hopeful to return. The home was perfect for our family of 6, thank you for sharing this wonderful space with us!

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

This place is spectacular in every way. The layout offers ocean views from Every room. You can hear the waves and see the sunrise from the rooftop deck. Livingroom and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is sparkling clean. The location is superb- you can walk the boardwalk to amazing ethnic restaurants, Coffee shops, even an outdoor performance pavilion. Most of all wilson and Veronica could not have been more accommodating. This is my second stay (we are a group of 6 … we will return and are looking forward to it already

Jenn was an exceptional host whose house was a perfect place for our family reunion. The house is located close to the beach and the neighborhood is very inviting. We hope to stay there again one day!

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

We stayed here for a wedding at The Burr Mansion, which was extremely close to the house! The house was clean and updated. A few spots to walk to including a local bar. Just a walk to the beach. Bedrooms are all spacious and were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!
