Secluded beach TreeHouse Villa

The beachfront villa is in Lisca Beach, Bailan Bay, Koh Chang National Park. It is located on a secluded sandy beach, less than 20 meters from the sea, offering beautiful views of the bay and surrounding forest. This is my own personal home and is available for rent only when I am in Italy and Lisca Beach Glamping is closed. As the sole resident, you'll enjoy complete privacy and a secluded stay, while being just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, shops, scooter rentals, laundry and a minimart.

Ihr habt die Gelegenheit in unserem schönem Haus Urlaub zu machen, wenn wir nicht da sind. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Klimaanlagen, eine neu ausgestattete Küche, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, einen kleinen Sitzbereich zum lesen oder arbeiten, eine Dachterasse, einen Garten und eine gute Internetverbindung. Alles ist frisch modenisiert und neu ausgestattet. 5 Minuten zum Strand, 2 Minuten zum Markt/Supermarkt/Apotheke/Restaurants. Das Haus liegt zentral in Klong Prao.

Quiet and Isolatet but not far from everything. 100 m to the beach and Tree Top Adventure Park. 250 m to the small village Bailan with minimarkets, some bars and Restaurants, scooters for rent. 2 km to the famous beach party area lonely beach. Great breakfast menu. Snorceling and fishing tours, elephant trekking, kayaking, transfer to the other islands and more available. Family run guesthouse by Phen and Gerhard.

Our apartment on the 2nd floor with a spacious terrace has a spectacular view of the sea. There is a bright sunny bedroom, a bathroom, a small outdoor kitchen and a huge shaded terrace. The is a working space/table with fast internet. The apartment has separate access via its own staircase. It is perfect for couples or single travelers seeking peace and quiet. As we live from November to April on the 1st floor ourselves, we are looking for quiet and considerate guests. No Smoking please.
