Access to bus service on Rossdowney Rd to City, every 15 mins, is within a 5 min walk. Only a 15 min walk to any of the 3 bridges, train station, eateries, wine-bars, gym and Ebrington Square where we have live open air entertainment. We are also a 10 min drive to city center. Various taxi services available. My aim is that you relax and enjoy your precious break.

Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

We provide WiFi, but the speed can vary, if you need, use of it for work purposes.
