This was our second time staying here for a ladies weekend and are planning on staying again. Perfect location, great home with a cute little outdoor seating spot to watch all of the dogs being walked in the neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this little spot when we come into Ohio,the host are great, the house feels like home, and always a beautiful view. Everything is within mins to access!

Great house; clean with many little amenities to make the stay comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was great walking our dog every day through the neighborhood. Location was perfect. Within 5-10 minutes to so many shops and restaurants. I’d recommend this house to anyone looking for a convenient comfortable stay in Dayton.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

The house is updated to all new amenities. The master closet is HUGE!! The appliances are all new and awesome. The house has a lot of charm. We didn’t use the fire pit but it was nice to have as an option. Matt was super helpful any time I contacted him. Very responsive.

The location was perfect for my husband stay at the James Hospital . Very clean and new . I had no problems . I knew it did not have a washer dryer but that would have made this house perfect .

I stayed a month at Miranda and Tom’s place in probably the least desirable time of the year in Ohio and could not have been happier! I can’t say enough good things about it. Amazing location, adorable house, so clean, everything worked and was set up like that cared. I really did not want to leave. Perfect for cooking, chilling , working, whatever. Don’t blow it next time you stay in Columbus, this is where you wanna be!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Sherrys place! We didn’t have luck with weather for using the pool and hot tub, but we hardly missed it with the amazing living spaces and kitchen to use!! Sherry was a generous and accommodating host, with quick responses/assist to any questions we had. Everything was clean, tidy, spacious and we felt right at home… we just might have to come back to take advantage of the outdoor spaces next!

Great host, another great property that he owns. Only downside is the time of year, wish it was summer and the pool was open. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Great location, secured parking garage and the restaurants, coffee shop and convenience store were added bonuses.

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary weekend here where we also got engaged! By far the most relaxing and peaceful weekend we’ve ever spent together. Thank you Amanda & family for hosting such a nice stay.

Aaron was very helpful, flexible, and always responded in a timely manner. He was very polite, respectful, and professional throughout the whole transaction. All the amenities worked wonderfully, the location was beautiful and quiet, the property was well kept despite some current improvements being made. With it being pet friendly there was a small room for improvement with the cleaning. All in all though, the whole experience was very pleasant, Aaron was an absolute delight to work with and the overall quality of our stay was worth every penny. It’s been the best stay we’ve had all around, Aaron has been an excellent host and our family looks forward to checking out some of the new properties he’s developing in the future.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

The A frame #8 cabin was perfect! Cozy and comfortable, exactly what I was hoping for a romantic weekend. The area was quiet and private and being pet friendly made it convenient, we were able to bring the dog. Enjoying the hot tub while watching the snowfall, nothing like it. Will recommend and book again.

Polly’s place was perfect and exactly what I needed for a quick stay in the area with my dog. Everything was clean and the home was adorable. Polly was very communicative and available but truthfully, I didn’t need to ask her much as she had already provided everything I needed to know! I would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

This was our second time staying and it’s perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable and the space is very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back for the same event next year.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin in Hocking Hills! The cabin was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful, quiet location offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and the hot tub was the cherry on top after a long day of exploring. We also loved that the cabin was dog-friendly, so our furry friend could join in on the fun. The hosts were thoughtful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

Lisa’s place was exactly as described, very clean, and quiet. Highly recommend.

Group coming into town for a horse show at WEC, Renee's home was exactly as advertised! It was incredibly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water to take care of 4 horse people after a long day at the show, great towels (and lots of them) provided, beds and sheets were comfy and soft, lots of pillow options too. Loved staying here and would come back again!!

Great place from start to finish. Katie was very responsive when we were inquiring about the place. Booking was smooth. The stay itself was nice. Good neighborhood, clean spaces, and all the essentials for cooking, showering and sleeping. It was an odd weekend for weather, and with impending thunderstorms, Katie came down with candles in case the power went out. It was a nice gesture. Luckily we didn’t have to use them, but they were there in case. The neighborhood is nice as well. Within 10 minute drive of plenty of restaurants/groceries/strip malls. Same with some attractions like the Air Force Museum and UD Arena. Overall, I would be comfortable staying again if I needed!

Place was as described and exceeded our expectations! Very clean, comfortable, and the hot tub was absolutely a great bonus for our weekend getaway! Joseph was a phenomenal host and made the whole experience stress free by his organized instructions for check in, check out, etc! We didn't have any problems during our stay but we know Joseph is very responsive and would have seen to any concerns appropriately and promptly! Will recommend and will book again in the future!

Beautiful, sparkling clean, and well stocked home with the perfect amount of space for a week long visit with our extended family! Mason was central to where we needed to be and offered a great deal of convenience with everything near by. We have 3 young children and the addition of the crib was a huge help. This was the lightest packing we have had to do yet because the house was stocked with everything we needed. Temperatures outside were extremely low the first two nights we stayed, but the hosts provided a space heater and an electric fireplace, which kept everyone comfortable. Checking in was a breeze and the check out requests were minimal and very reasonable compared to many accommodations we have booked in the past. Having a washer and dryer in the house and laundry detergent available was also a welcome bonus. Michelle and Cole were very responsive and even checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely book again!
