Casa Castello - Lakefront Apartment

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

Yourhouse è un appartamento ristrutturato in una zona strategica della città per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse. L'appartamento è molto silenzioso ed offre tutti i confort per un soggiorno piacevole. E' sito al terzo piano di un palazzo di ringhiera ed è disposto su due livelli. Il primo:cucina/soggiorno con divano letto, stanze da letto con bagno; secondo: stanza con letto e ampio con bagno. WiFi, condizionatori e tutti i servizi descritti saranno a Vostra disposizione. Le Azalee

Da oggi siamo greens abbiamo attivato i pannelli fotovoltaci. Appartamento con ampie camere al margine del parco del Ticino, in zona tranquillissima. Posto auto all'ingresso della struttura riservato agli ospiti. La casa e circondata da un giardino recintato a disposizione degli ospiti. Il tracciato della pista ciclabile, che attraversa Pavia fiancheggiando il Ticino, passa davanti alla casa. Per la sicurezza, per gli ospiti più piccoli al piano superiore un apposito cancello chiude la scala.

La Perla Holiday, a Bellagio,è una porzione indipendente SENZA CUCINA di una villetta di nuova costruzione,situata al piano terra,con parcheggio privato gratuito e giardino, lontano dal traffico ma a breve distanza dal centro e dal lago. La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a 6 minuti di cammino, minimarket a 2,bar ristorante piscina, posta,carabinieri,farmacia,medici e fermate bus a 3 minuti di cammino. L'Imbarcadero e il bellissimo lungolago del borgo si trovano a 15/20 minuti di cammino.
