My wife and I took our two boys (ages 9, 13) on this trip. They both love beach time. This location was great for short outings at the attached beach, but also driving to other beaches that are just 20-30 minutes away. Things that made the trip so much easier, and so much better: -Recreational stuff provided, like coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, and more. Our boys spent hours on those boogie boards. -Washer/dryer: Great for a longer trip. -Kitchen stuff: If you stock up, you can prep meals at "home". This provides all the pots, pans, knives, etc. to make yourself at home.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

beautiful spot. being on the lake was so nice and the place has so much to offer. Carlos had great communication when i had any questions or if he needed to notify me of anything. i would advise bug spray because being near the water you will get bit more. he did provide a citronella candle for use. i loved the stay and would stay again. it was so peaceful to lay in the hammock or go out in the kayak or sit in the jacuzzi so many options. double sided locks took some getting used too but did not affect the trip. i would return my next pr trip. you won’t be disappointed staying here.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Celebrated our friends bachelor party and it provided plenty of space as well as plenty of areas to hang out. The pool is also a really great addition. She was an absolutely wonderful host and extremely attentive 10 out of 10. What a great time!

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Excellent communication from Eduardo before, during and after our stay. Beautiful well furnished condo. He had extras in the condo including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and other necessities. The condo was cozy and comfortable with ac in each room and tvs in each room which we were thankful for. The grill was nice when we decided to cook out. The views are absolutely amazing from all around inside the condo. The pool and beach are only steps away and the pool was super clean so we took advantage of both. We explored Loiza and ate at the restaurants. We never felt unsafe and were in a gated community with security. The condo had all the things we needed inside and out. The outdoor area has a picnic table and several chairs and tables which was nice. There are so many convenient places close to this condo such as restaurants and supermarkets. San Juan, El Yunque, Fajardo is a short distance away. Eduardo is an AWESOME host and we will definitely stay there again!! Thank you 😊

Edwin was a great host and the place was nice. The small attention to detail and traveler's needs were great. Edwin always responded in a timely matter and tried to accommodate every need. The things you should prepare for when selecting this location are: weather, it rains for a good part of April and most of May and at times it will cause a power outage. The mosquitos, I mean you can never really prepare for those, but pack accordingly. Check with the resort and host when traveling to make sure all amenities are functioning. The lazy river was not when I visited, and I wasn't notified if this. The beach, is actually at the end of the resort, maybe a 10-15 walk, and it requires a key. Edwin will leave the key for you. Don't go without it. This beach wasn't the cleanest or most appealing. Finally, if you're an animal lover, be prepared for the cats, dogs, lizards, roasters, and chickens, they're everywhere. I would book again. We made the best out of the situation

La pasamos espectacular, el apartamento está súper bien equipado. Tenía desde bolas de volleyball, salvavidas, neverita de playa y hasta playyard para mi bebé. Todo hermoso y los host super amables.

Rafael’s place was a very quiet and peaceful stay. All you hear is the ocean nearby which we loved. I would definitely recommend renting a car since you can’t really walk anywhere nearby. The bed was comfortable and the place was nice it matched the pictures. This Airbnb is not located in a touristy area so it was a big change for us coming from another Airbnb in Isla verde. Overall I would recommend this place for a more private stay in PR.

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

This place was amazing. You get so much for the price…the pools, the beach, everything. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to relax and full of chairs, balls, a beach wagon, a cooler, and umbrella…everything you need for a beach day. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and my favorite thing to do on the whole trip was just hang out at the apartment with the pools and beach within walking distance.

Great place

Space looks exactly like pictures. This is a 1 bedroom, but was plenty of room for myself & 2 young adult sons. The unit was very clean & the owners have made very good use of the small space. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast each morning out on the patio. The complex itself was landscaped lovely & very well maintained. The area surrounding the complex looked 'run down' & trash littered the roadways but this was the same everywhere we traveled on the eastern part of the island. Overall, the unit provided everything we needed & would highly recommend.

Was very satisfied with the stay and all the extra gear for the beach like the chairs,cooler ,etc that she had provided for the guests to use. Everything was clean and well presentable. The property itself was beautiful and the pools were nice. The hosts were both very responsive and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Definitely would come back and stay again !! :) we did not get to enjoy the lazy river due to it being under construction but maybe another time when we come back we will!

Our stay was fantastic and the hosts were proactive in making sure we had a great stay without being intrusive in any way. The unit was as described and we found the kitchen to be fully equipped and convenient. We were not expecting a lot from the beach on property, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, with lots of opportunity to choose either sun or shade and had a number of coral reefs close to shore for snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this property!

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Use the linked map under 'get directions' on Airbnb and you will find it no problem, using just the address didn't work. Plenty of room for a big group. Kids had a blast in the pool and a beach within walking distance. The neighborhood feels very local authentic. The planes passing over didn't bother us. Do bring mosquito repellent, and only the downstairs unit has an oven, stoves in all three. We were able to park 3 cars. We had no issues, everything was clean and well maintained.

This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time !!! We utilized the pools and beach access, as well as enjoyed some local food places in the area . Host was awesome . Great communication and all together I’d say I’d book that same spot any chance I get

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location to our friends! It was as described - in a safe gated community, clean, overlooked a pool with a playground close by, and was just a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and other pool accessories available for our use. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of appliances and utensils for cooking. Great place!
