This apartment is in the outskirts of Logan but only a 15 min. drive to the heart of Logan UT. The location is has a 360 degree view of the valley! The sunsets are breathe taking. We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!

Brand new comfy queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), with w/d in unit with a private entrance. Please keep in mind this is a basement unit in a triplex and there is a good chance there may be guest above/next to you. We do ask all guest to be courteous of their noise levels and respect quiet hours so shouldn't be an issue!
