Mill House A is another great unit in our beautiful home. The smallest apartment in Mill House offers plenty of privacy and close proximity to campus. Relax in the comfy living room, or on the big deck overlooking our old mill on the Hocking River. Please note, if you planning on bringing pets, there could be other pets on the premise. Also, we do not want the pets to be disturbing guests in other units. Especially if your pet barks in new environments or left alone.

Located on Richland Ave, this small one bedroom is less than a half mile to OU’s Convocation center & 1 mile to uptown Athens.
