Staying at Brooke’s stunning home on the lake was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was, so clean that we could walk around barefoot and feel completely at ease. The attention to detail was obvious in every corner. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it feel like a true escape. It was the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Brooke’s hospitality was just as impressive as her home. Her dedication and care truly showed, from thoughtful touches around the house to her quick and kind communication. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is a great spot for families! Our kiddos swam and fished and had a great time in the river. Everything was clean and the location is great. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The weather was not in our favor (nothing against the host as this is something beyond their control ) so we did not get to enjoy all of the amenities to the full extent. The host was responsive to any questions and ensured to check on us during our stay. He was very accommodating to our early check in. The view was beautiful to the water.

What an amazing place! We booked this place to stay for our annual family reunion and it fit my extended family perfectly. The place feels bigger than the photos and has more than enough room for everyone to have their own space should also still being together. It was so peaceful waking up to the sun rise on the lake. The house is very clean and has everything you need and more to make yourself feel at home. I hope we can continue staying here every year!

The house was perfect and exceeded expectations. Host was incredibly helpful, even came out to the house to show me a boat ramp on the property. They truly went above and beyond.

Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

Our stay here was fantastic, highly recommend! Excellent location on the lake, beautiful and peaceful area, friendly neighbors, and lots of “extras” that were provided such as kayaks and life vests. The house was clean and very large, stocked with anything that would be needed, had expansive decking, and it was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

What can I say about a place like this except just amazing! The scenery, the house, the porch and the vacation I needed. I went to the races in Talladega then hosted a small get together for the crew chief and a few of the pit crew guys and the place accommodated it perfectly. If your looking to relax and just be at peace this is a wonderful and amazing spot. I even went and bought a fishing pole and got a little fishing in. I Hope to do it again in the near future. Beautiful property and well maintained. Exactly as described. We had a large party of 16 and this place was fantastic for our group. Furnished kitchen was a great plus. Home was very comfortable and had everything you could thing of. Very responsive to our inquiries and needs. Will definitely recommend this to all our friends.

This property is beautiful and had so many extras. Yall thought of everything and it made our stay extra special. We enjoyed hosting our family here for Thanksgiving. Brandy’s home is perfect for a couple or small family!!! The location between Gadsden and Weiss lake is great, you are easily 10 min from an awesome boat ramp and wonderful places to eat, explore and enjoy everything these towns have to offer. The home is clean, well organized and we will be back! This was trip 2 and can’t wait for trip 3 😁

This location and farmhouse were great for relaxation and just an opportunity to get away from the city. I would stay here again. Loved the front porch and Valentine, the donkey. Highly recommend this stay.

I highly recommend Phillips home without hesitation!! The property was just as described, beautiful, very spacious, and clean. The lake and its view was an Awesome amenity that my family and I truly enjoyed!! Phillip was very accommodating and responsive to our needs when contacted and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the home. I definitely would not hesitate to stay here again while visiting Talladega. Thanks Phillip for everything!

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful, and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage. Everything was clean and as described. It was conveniently located 25 minutes from Talladega, which was so easy. We would definitely return.

This was my third stay here. It's always so peaceful and cozy.

To say this place is absolutely amazing is an understatement. Don't pass this place up, you will definitely be sorry. The mill and property is beautiful. The Mill/house was clean, the bedrooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, utinsels, etc., We stayed here for race weekend, and unfortunately didn't get to venture out to the lakes to go fishing. Payton was an awesome host, he responded to all questions I had within 10 - 20 min. Would definitely go back.
