Belinda took care of our group beyond beyond . We were made very welcome . We were also treated with immense kindness . Belinda’s beautiful offerings to our group retreat were incredibly heartfelt. Recommend this property for a stay. and small group retreat works so well in the dwelling .

Peaceful and quiet, just what we were after. Locals are all happy, chatty and very friendly. Definitely worth a visit or maybe even longer, and definitely bring some bug spray for the sand flies. Clean tidy and up to expectations

We had a lovely time at Rozie and David’s farm. They were very warm and friendly hosts and we enjoyed joining them at animal feeding time both days we stayed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and gave great local recommendations and insight. The kids enjoyed seeing the goats, sheep, cows and chickens as well as the dogs and we went for a walk to see the kiwi and citrus farms too. It rained a lot but that didn’t bother us because we had the right gear (highly recommend packing gumboots and raincoats). :) The cottage was cozy and clean and well equipped and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a farm experience that isn’t busy and commercial.

Laurie's space was very clean, spacious and had great amenities. The bed was very comfortable and nice linen and towels were provided. Laurie was very thoughtful and ensured our check in/out was very smooth. Finally, there were a few small touches (providing some bread, tea, chocolate etc) which made us feel very welcome and took the stress of going to the shops. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet weekend away at Mt Tamborine!

When my daughter’s rowing regatta was relocated from Rockhampton to Wyaralong dam we decided to make a girls weekend out of it anyway and chose to stay Lumiere Farmhouse. We had a fabulous weekend and enjoyed some of the local experiences, we visited the camel farm, local markets and also experienced rodeo and dirt bike motocross all in the same day. However, the highlight of the trip was our stay at Lumiere. The beautifully styled home has an incredible outlook across the rear deck from the daybed near the kitchen, the comfy lounges, the beautiful beds and linen. The home is larger than you expect with space to come together but also room to retreat, read and enjoy the peace and quiet. Having a fully equipped kitchen was brilliant. We loved the coffee machine; so easy!! We all would love to visit again. Thank you!!

Outstanding stay for a weekend away with your partner or a small event with friends! So many amazing places to see around the Gold Coast hinterland just at your doorstep or head to the beaches just 15min away. The house is perfect to relax in and private inside and out

This was our first visit to Queensland's Scenic Rim region, and the Woodman's Cottage was a perfect choice. Gary and Claire and their little doggo Maggie are very welcoming, but never intrusive, hosts. Their property is tranquil, with beautiful grounds and amazing views to the mountains and sunsets. We loved that the cottage was so private and comfortable, and is only a short drive to cafes and shops. We also loved the little bbq shed, with an old Kooka stove converted into a bbq. It's the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the beautiful sunset. We were in the area for a wedding and really appreciated Gary's help with directions to the wedding venue. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

What a beautiful place to stay. Sue was responsive and incredibly helpful and it was lovely to meet her and the family on our ride (we got to tag along the muster) The property is really well set out to accommodate horses and dogs for your holiday. On Sue‘s recommendation, we took a nice ride down to the river and stopped for morning tea. The home is comfortable with beautiful views down to the Albert River and over the valley. Highly recommended staying here !

We needed a base to stay in so that we could explore the area but we got so much more A lovely place to stay. Exactly like the pictures. Judy is one of the nicest hosts we have met. Provided milk, bread, cereal and Tim tams. Plus much much more. The pantry was stocked with everything from jam and Vegemite to oils and even garlic butter in the fridge. We were out and about a lot of the time so we weren’t there during the day but it was great to come back to such a clean well kept property. The locals are amazing and Judy provided us with so much information about the surrounding areas. We didn’t get to see it all. Truly a pleasure to stay here. Thank you Judy. We will see you next time.

We truly wish we stayed a few days longer. What a special place! Perfect combination of peaceful, yet lots to do. Simple yet with everything you could possibly need. Leoni was very kind, friendly and took our family on a feeding tour of their beautiful farm. The kids got to feed goats, donkeys, chickens, and even alpacas. They got to cuddle a baby goat, collect freshly laid eggs and have a stroll and swing down by the creek, with sheep, cows and a rainbow in view. True bliss.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The host made our kids feel like mini farmers, involving them in caring, bathing, feeding, and leading the horses - the things you don’t get to do every day (or any day). She’s incredibly warm and energetic. She shared her knowledge of the local area so we found other great places to visit. She makes the stay exceptional. It also helps that the location is beautiful and relaxing. I recommend this place completely.

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable, with everything that we could possibly need for our stay provided. We chose not to cook, but could have done just about anything that we wanted to. We needed and wanted a relaxing weekend and had exactly that. As well as sight seeing an area that we were unfamiliar with, We very much enjoyed just sitting on the comfortable lounge outside, amongst lovely plants and trees and watching the cows, birds, and horses. There was even an elective supply of books and local information, and, as an ardent reader, I could have spent a lot more time there just relaxing. Many thanks to Robyn and Glen for exactly the right weekend for us at that point in time.

This is one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, was lovingly decorated and the view is simply stunning - very peaceful, quiet, relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. Christina and Mark are lovely hosts, and very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay. Nara and Gavin absolutely lovely host. It was such a treat to be on a working farm amongst beautiful Shires horses and cattle. Seriously relaxing.

One of the best equipped airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at - everything is thought of for guests with easy checkin and heaps of privacy (except from the cows!). The yard was great for our two cavoodles! Thanks Libby

Thanks Joolie, Willow Cabin for 3 nights was simply perfect! As soon as you arrive and open the red door, the cabin is welcoming inside and out and the view is absolutely spectacular! Sunrise and sunset on the deck with a glass of wine and fire, overlooking the most lush landscape, listening to the birdlife and seeing the resident Wallaby, couldn’t ask for anything more! Plenty to see and do with Lamington National Park only 30 mins away. The cabin had everything and more with such comfy features, thank you I look forward to returning ⭐️ 💞

Amanda's home has what you need for a short stay to a longer stay. It's close to cafes and restaurants and has a fantastic kitchen for stay at home meals. Plenty of aircons and ceiling fans to keep you cool and we definitely needed that. Thanks so much for being flexible with our check in.

What can I say - Jo’s place blew me away! I had the most relaxing, secluded, balancing stay I could ever have imagined. The place is lovely, so clean and with everything you need. The pool is huge with a view over the buildings of the Gold Coast - magnificent. The spa, well I wanted to stay in there forever! Then there is the wildlife - wallabies, all kinds of incredible Australian birds - such a treat. The bed -divine. Then, the friendly but unobtrusive hospitality of Jo. What can I say. She looked after my little doggie when I went to lunch with friends. Always there for an interesting chat if you feel like one. She is the real deal, so genuine and lovely and goes above and beyond. Truly, do yourself a favour and stay here!

We had the most peaceful and relaxing two nights at Roy’s beautiful property. The house is exactly as described and super clean with really nice little touches like mounted laminate signage on kitchen cupboards and around the home as well as quality soaps, shampoos and shower gels in the bathrooms and some staple items in the pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feed a crowd of 10 if you had the home at full capacity. The fire pit is amazing, and the peaceful ambience of the property is magical. The walk to the bluff was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Roy was so easy to communicate with, always super responsive and just an all round lovely guy. We all loved our time and wished we could stay longer. We would love to return again. You won’t be disappointed if you book this place, and if you’re on the fence about deciding to add one more night to your booking, do it!!! You won’t regret it.

What a beautiful spot. The retreat has spacious rooms and stunning views of the Gold Coast. The kids loved having a bath and looking out at all the twinkling night lights on the horizon. We enjoyed exploring the gardens and playing out on the grass. A very special place to enjoy Tamborine.
