A 40 year celebration of being married. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our time together. Many highlights the hot tub view the peacock and peahen dance every night... The night flyover from the herons. Martyn was a perfect host very helpful. Perfect memories thank you.

A great getaway with loads to do close by for whatever mood you're in - great towns and cities like Calendar and Stirling less than half an hour away, equally beautiful countryside and multiple waterfalls, lochs and walks to choose from on the doorstep. Our toddler loved the on site swimming pool and the grown ups enjoyed the peaceful views from the hot tub too! Rosie was so friendly and accommodating.

Such an idyllic little cottage. Almost hard to believe how nice it (and the surroundings) were. Went for a nice walk around the neighborhood and there were birds singing and flowers everywhere. Would stay again!

Fantastic 3 day stay for my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. The cottage was perfect and we chose it specially so we could get to Edinburgb and Glasgow during our stay. Would definitely book again. Great value for money.

Very well designed cottage making the best possible use of quite a small space - with both a shower room and bathroom , utility room as well as kitchen/living space and the patio with hot tub. Although near to the High Street with a range of takeaways and a superb butcher (Hunters) the cottage is in a very quiet street. The nearby Curate Wynd free car park was very handy and we could unload from there. Although Dawn and Darren were away Dawn was on hand to answer any queries. We had a great three day break - spending the days at the RSPB Nature Reserve in stunning weather. We ate out one night at the Balgedie Toll Tavern - highly recommended for great food and very good service.

We had a wonderful time at Kylie’s cottage. The place was very clean and tidy. She was very helpful and responsive, gave us some advice where to go and what to see in the area. We totally coming back and recommend to friends and family

Helen was an excellent host and very helpful when we were dropped off at the wrong place! We felt really welcomed in their home, and enjoyed the lovely welcome gift. The hot tub is lovely and overlooks the beautiful property. Loved our stay!

Had a great stay here, everything was here that I needed, my dogs were also very well catered for. I had to change the plans a couple of times and Anne was very responsive and very helpful. Would 100% recommend this little apartment, it was small but perfectly formed with a quaint little courtyard. Love it.

What a place and what a host! Tony was amazing from the get go! Covered all basis from the property it’s self to things to see and do. This hidden gem is majestic ! Immaculate condition with thought going into the finer details! Milk left for us after a long drive…tea coffee shortbread and the comfiest of sleep’s ! I cannot emphasis enough how fantastic both our host and stay at Bagpipers cottage was thanks to you both….we’ll visit again Xxx

What an incredible getaway from the world! Very idyllic, country living. The home felt super cosy and homely. Eggs from the chickens and marmalade in the kitchen waiting for our arrival was a lovely touch! Beds were all very comfortable and we all had great night sleep each night. Words cannot express the wonderful week we have had on Loch Katrine. Old Smiddy is ideally located for hiking the mountains, lochs and woodland and Carole has thought of all you need to make it feel like a home from home. Having our morning tea watching the Barn Swallows and House Martins catching their breakfast on the lake in the sunshine was very special. Aberfoyle has all you need for food and cute shops and fantastic Doone Hill walk from the town - Free Parking!!! A ferry trip on the Sir Walter Scott from the pier over to Trossachs Pier is a MUST and the Primrose Hill hike was stunning. The Pier Cafe is outstanding, definitely worth a treat and just a short walk away. Thank you Carole for sharing your amazing house, we will be back to enjoy the hot tub and sauna 🤞

Most enjoyable few days in this warm, cosy cottage. Lovely walks for the dogs and so many little birds! Linda very friendly and able to make recommendations for places to eat in area beyond Leadhills. Many thanks.

For the second time we did visit this hidden gem in the highlands. Grant and Laura are very welcoming and helpful with any questions we had. The house is perfect for a family of four. It has everything you need, including comfortable beds. With a little drive their are some great beaches with only few visitors. For a good hike try to climb the Resipole or one of the other mountains. On a clear day the views on top are second to none Lastly you can visit the restaurant at the Strontian hotel (aka Bothy bar) Great food, with an exceptional view. We did visit many spots in Scotland but Ardnamurchan is definitely our favourite. It is as beautiful as Skye but without the busloads of tourists

I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough, this was a return visit and definitely didn't disappoint the second time. The cottage has everything you could require, it has a very welcoming feel and is extremely comfortable. Pitlochry shops are minutes away although tea and coffee etc is supplied in the kitchen. Simple 5 star review ✨️

The accommodation was immaculately clean, in a great location. Easy access, extremely well equipped, and comfortable. Fiona was really welcoming & available if any issues ( none) . Would highly recommend! Perfect stay! Also great access for anyone with mobility issues, as can park directly outside the home, & everything was on one level.

A lovely well-equipped cottage for two, with easy access to many places we wanted to visit.

My family and I had a great stay at Amelias place. the kids especially loved the little play room and location is great for Crieff town centre and all of the surrounding areas

Duncan was such a kind and friendly host, really active in communicating with us, and gave us loads of insight and suggestions for the area and our stay. It was lovely chatting with him. The views around are lovely and the property was well stocked, clean, and easy to find. We would definitely come back agaih!

The cottage is in a beautiful location, with walking from the door and useful nearby amenities in Strachur. The space is well thought out and the garden and seating lovely to enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine. The bed was lovely and comfy and the shower was great too! Well equipped kitchen for self catering, we also tried The Creggans Inn and had a lovely meal there especially the local seafood. Highlights for us were walking the Cowal way from the door toward Curran Lochain which makes a beautiful spot for a picnic and visiting Inverary and castle.

The Fairy Cottage was absolutely perfect!! Hugh met us at the door and showed us around the place, explaining how things worked. It was so neat and clean but very well decorated. Felt immediately comfortable! Speaking of comfortable, the bed was a dream!! Wish we could have spent more time there but next time we will!!

We absolutely loved our stay here, it’s so secluded and peaceful and the perfect country escape! The cottage itself was so beautiful and the interior design was so impressive. The cottage was immaculate and it also felt so homely. Heather was an amazing host and so communicative. One of the best stays we’ve had and we will definitely be back - thank you!

The situation of the bothy next to the sea and stream is quite magical - this is a special place and we had a wonderful stay. Early mornings in the middle of all of the local wildlife are very special, and the chair overlooking the bay is perfect for watching the sun set. Thanks to Alison and David for making out stay so comfortable, and for great advice regarding things to see on the island.
