We have stayed at Burnside several times. It is a large warm, comfortable house and has easy access for our elderly father. The large picture window makes the most of the beautiful loch view. This is a great place for walking on Skye, Applecross, Killin and nearby. The large front, well kept lawn is enclosed and was greatly appreciated by my dog! We had an amazing time and had almost perfect warm and sunny weather all week! We'll undoubtedly be back.

This was an amazing place for us to stay as an extended family. There were nine of us, plus two dogs, and we rented the Doocot and the Lodge in the grounds. It is located right up in the hills and was blissfully remote yet easily accessible to the A90 to Perth and Dundee. The house itself was very comfortable and exactly as described. The sitting room was amazing with its enormously high ceilings, plenty of squishy sofas and a piano. There was also a Smart TV. For us, the best feature was the enormous dining table which easily seated us all and could have taken several other people too. We had lovely meals together all round the table. It was really memorable. The bathrooms were clean and new. The roll top bath was lovely and super to soak in. Check in, host communications etc were all super easy and they even helped us to have a hot tub ready for our arrival from Fife Hot Tub Hire. All in all, would highly recommend to people looking for a comfortable break away in the hills.

Paula’s place was just as described. Very nice, clean and the decor is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Highly recommend to anyone staying In the area.

We booked this house for a joint 70th birthday present to our parents and stayed with people aged between 1-70. It met all our needs well and the house is lovely and warm with good bathrooms, spacious kitchen and wonderful outdoor space.

An outstanding property in terms of location, style and comfort. Furnishings of a high standard and befitting the period character of the house. Enjoyed watching the changing patterns of weather from the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Duncan was a gracious host. Highly recommended.

We have had a great stay! It was nice to have a fully equipped and large kitchen and washing machine.

No. 9 Carrbridge was fantastic and Gillian was a exceptional host - I had friends visiting Scotland from abroad and they were so thankful to visit Carrbridge and the highlands of Scotland. A top class Airbnb from start to finish. Luxury finishes throughout and spotlessly clean. Andrew is very responsive to requests. Great location and walkable to everything you need during your stay. View from the kitchen and bedroom across the water is breathtaking. Parking is a bonus. We had a magic few days exploring the many river walks and mountains. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Iona's apartment. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Less than 10 minute drive to Aviemore and on the doorstep of the Cairngorms where we spent most of our time!

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

Great flat in a beautiful location. There are stairs to get down into main entrance of building which were a little difficult for one of our reduced mobility travelers but we made it work! Very much enjoyed our stay and Ross sent great information and instructions on how to get in.

In aller Kürze: zentral, historisch, super Gastgeberin- perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Edinburgh und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Pubs/leckere Restaurants, die Royal Mile direkt vor der Haustüre , alle bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen - geht kaum besser!

A gem right in the middle of Old Town! Everything we wanted to see was accessible steps from the street entrance. The only drawback for one of our party was getting up the four flights of stairs. Pack light for this booking. Thank you Charlotte for sharing your lovely place!

Anne's place is absolutely gorgeous. the furnishings are comfortable, the location in perfect and the views are spectacular. Anne was helpful and friendly. The flat is far more beautiful in person. The pictures are accurate and yet still don't do it justice. I will definitely stay here again!

A magical place to stay, especially with children! Has everything you need and more. Comfortable rooms, and a magnificent banqueting table in the kitchen for communal meals. The lounge is bigger than it looks in the photo and can comfortably seat everybody staying. Roberta was really helpful in the run up, answering various questions I had and giving useful suggestions. Wonderful VERY spacious and clean stay! Nice large and comfortable beds to rest in before our flight the next morning. Large amount of parking space. Very thoughtful hosts.

Marie was a great hostess and the house was amazing in great condition and very clean. The location is good and Marie assisted us with all the questions and had a full breakfast prepared for us.

We couldn’t have found anything better than this place for a group of 8 of us staying to hike Ben Nevis and explore the surrounding areas. It had everything we needed and was worth every penny. The location is very peaceful and out of the way with a stunning view of the mountains and only a 15 minute drive away from Fort William. We hope to come back at some point in the future and stay for longer to explore this side of Scotland some more. The hosts are very friendly and are very easy to communicate with regarding check in and any requests.

Absolutely outstanding stay at Highwinds Lodge! The location is unbeatable-nestled in peaceful fields with breathtaking views of Ben Nevis, yet just a short drive from all the shops and restaurants in Fort William. The lodge itself is beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Our room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hot showers were a welcome luxury after a day of exploring the Highlands. Everything was spotless and felt brand new, from the luxurious en-suite bathrooms to the cozy common areas. I can’t recommend Highwinds Lodge highly enough-if you’re looking for a relaxing, memorable Highland getaway, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

Robins home was beautifully decorated. Very very clean!! Had everything you’d need. There were little notes around the home with instructions that she framed as a picture. That was very helpful. She labeled all the light switches. No guessing there. I had a question and she answered immediately. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and hiking trails. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking to spend time in Fort Augustus, Scotland.

Had a couple of issues, for example low gas in the patio furnitures fire pit, however John was proactive with solving any minor issues we had. Nice knowing we’re celebrating another Celtic League win in the gracious host of a fellow supporter. Couldn’t recommend enough.
