In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. Relax looking out over the loch, wander the fields spotting the wildlife or take off on foot or bike for a boost of healthy fresh air and a memorable Highland experience. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. Tradition, authenticity and fireside comfort complement contemporary furnishings and light airy spaces.

The Old Coach House Pitlochry

'The Old Coach House' is a charming 18th century detached stone cottage with it's own private gardens.  It sits within an elevated position & offers stunning views over the surrounding countryside. In a quiet setting, it’s only a short walk from all local amenities. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4, with 1 twin & 1 double bedroom upstairs & dual aspect windows inc large skylight. Downstairs has a solid oak kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath & lovely living/dining room with French doors.

The Cabin

Peaceful & quiet, pet-friendly log cabin with decking & patio area. The Cabin has an enclosed secure, garden at the end of a private shared driveway. Surrounded by woodland and wildlife, with a small stream running close by. The cabin is fully equipped and has an open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen. Breakfast bar, Lounge with 50" Smart TV & Xbox. 1 double bedroom, shower room & a private decking & seating area with BBQ & fire pit. *Adults only. No infants or children please.

Wee Blue Dream is a simple, comfortable small cabin with amazing views of the Black Castle and Ben Vrackie, Pitlochry, Scotland. A great escape for 1-3 people, especially for outdoor activities or simply relaxing at the fire pit with a glass of red wine. Lucy, our akita collie cross, welcomes all friendly dogs FOC. There is a wood-burning stove, double futon sofa/bed and day bed - all bedding provided, and a small kitchen area. There is a private shower room 10 metres away, with dishwasher.

Located in Pitlochry, a unique and quaint tourist town in Highland Perthshire, Struan House is within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. This one bedroom apartment is stylishly decorated and can sleep four; two in the double bedroom, two on the sofa bed. Many outdoor activities are available in the area include bungee, zip park, quad biking and rafting. There are also numerous walks and mountain biking trails so come and explore this beautiful area

Wee Coorie Apartment – a Victorian maisonette in the conservation area of Pitlochry. This cosy first-floor self-contained apartment is located in central Pitlochry - ideally situated and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants and all public transport services. This compact apartment contains two bedrooms and is ideally suited for couples, duo and solo adventurers (Not suitable for infants and children under 18 (Matter of license restrictions my home is an Adults only space).

Wee Glengarry is a lovely, stylish space for you to relax and enjoy. Our studio is fully self-contained, with direct access from a private, decked garden area, solely for guests use. It is a quiet retreat for couples and solo travellers to enjoy in close proximity to the local Victorian town of Pitlochry. Situated in a small woodland copse, next to Loch Faskally, excellent for wild swimming - we are close to the railway station and a five minute walk to all the local restaurant's and pubs.

This cosy cottage has traditional features and modern comforts, including central heating and a wood burning stove. Ideally suited for a couple, two singles or small family of three (ie 2 adults, 1 child), the cottage has two bedrooms, shower room, kitchen, a bright porch with dining table and garden seating. The cottage is located in Moulin near the award winning Moulin Inn. Pitlochry shops and restaurants, theatre, golf course and mountain walks are close by. One small/med dog welcome.

Writer's Retreat in the heart of Perthshire

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. Although small, The Howff is warm and cosy and makes a perfect retreat. Please note for ONE only.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

Couthy Cottage is newly renovated and has been designed with accessibility and comfort in mind, set in peaceful Blair Atholl. We cater for a maximum of four guests . We welcome non smoking guests. Cozy open plan kitchen living area, with log burner. Gated front garden. Private Bistro/BBQ area Non shedding welcome. Dogs not to be left unattended unless in a cage (which we can provide,).
