We very much enjoyed our stay at Stittenham, a well appointed house in lovely grounds. It was ideally located to explore Easter Ross and Sutherland, and within easy access of the West. A great stay !

Anna's flat was wonderful. It had everything we needed, was really clean and in a great location. It was only a short walk to the centre of the town, but on a quiet street so we all slept really well in the comfy beds. Anna was very quick to reply to messages and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay at this fantastic house. Party of nine with dog. Three generations all enjoyed the space and the beautiful surroundings. Perfect that each room has an en-suite. Plenty of room for cooking in kitchen and two fridges. Selection of spaces to socialise or have time to yourself. Everyone found the house very relaxing and great to be able to bring dog.

This place is a real gem with stunning views ! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well equipped! And there was clear and great instructions for everything.

The location was perfect. It’s quite hard to find a place if you don’t make reservations in advance (even in April) so keep that in mind. The place was lovely. And Fiona was very responsive.

Breckland house was very comfortable. Lovely comfy beds, very clean. Spacious house for the 3 of us and 2 dogs. Safe enclosed garden and deck for the dogs.

Highly recommend this unit. It IS attached to the owners portion of the house and the entrance is not necessarily private. You have to walk around the back of the house and past their back door which is usually open so the dogs can get in and out. At first, this surprised us and we felt a little awkward, but in the end they are super nice, the dogs are amazing and Toby was always there to say hi and bye to us, and we didn't feel uncomfortable at all (and we are fairly private people). We cooked 6 out of 7 dinners at the house. The kitchen was sufficiently appointed. The bedrooms were great, linens were great, bathrooms were great. We took walks from the property and it was really nice. There isn't a destination to walk to, it's just walking in nature. It's about a 10 minute drive to the nearest store or restaurant. About 20 minutes to Inverness where there was a Tesco extra that had everything we needed and more. Book without hesitation. Comfortable for up to 5 ppl.

Lovely family cottage in beautiful surroundings! Well equipped, comfortable and cosy cottage within the stunning grounds of St Benedict’s abbey. Having the facilities such as the swimming pool, gym and play park for the children was a real bonus. Lovely dog walks nearby and very close to lots of different cafes, restaurants and easy access to walk along the Caledonian canal.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, and had a great time exploring the area. the space was easy to relax in, and had many options within a close walk. thanks for a great stay!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

Beautiful spot at the end of Loch Ness. The cottage has all the amenities you’d need and was spotless and very quiet. Elena the host was on hand for the arrival and provided a tour of the Abbey. Also very responsive if we had any queries whilst staying. Plenty of walking in the area. Good selection of food available locally from take outs, cafes, pubs or more formal dining. If you want to self cater the kitchen is well equipped and the local supermarket although relatively small has plenty to choose from.

Fabulous stay on Lismore. The Bunkhouse is in a stunning setting and we loved that it was so comfortable, cosy but also environmentally sustainable. Mike was super helpful and gave us lots of helpful advice about things to do on the island. Can’t wait to go back!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Julie und James war wirklich klasse - die Unterkunft bietet alles, was benötigt wird und ist genauso wie beschrieben. Von der Unterkunft kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen, da diese zentral für Autofahrer gelegen ist - eine fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants oder dergleichen ist nicht gegeben. Das war für uns kein Problem, da wir eh überall mit dem Auto hingefahren sind. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Julie und James sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! :)

We were on a wildlife week with guides, so needed a place that was close to the centre of Tobermory, and where we could cook if we wished, as not sure what time we would have to eat out. We were not disappointed, a lovely cosy cottage, with all we needed, and made our stay so enjoyable

Adriana’s cabin is a beautiful retreat from the world. Surrounded by some of the best old growth forest left in Scotland it is a magical part of the country. We were blessed with visits from the pine marten and a red squirrel. The cabin itself has a cozy 70s vibe, with an enviable sofa, and everything else you could need. We’re often visiting Torridon; we love Shieldag in particular, and this is the best place we’ve stayed.

Great location and super accommodation for guests with dogs. The lodge was very clean and lovely and warm. Elizabeth was a very responsive host making some great suggestions for walks and restaurants that allow dogs.

The Snug was a wonderful place to stay. It was very comfortable, warm and cosy, with lots of lovely touches - the electric blankets were particularly appreciated! The kitchen is good for simple meals and the bathroom was enormous. It was very peaceful and the location was beautiful, with lovely walks nearby and beautiful landscapes in every direction. we had a brilliant 3 nights, using the cottage as a base for climbing in torridon. excellent location. near a lovely little beach and peaceful, surrounded by views. the cottage was lovely, everything we needed with super comfy bed and sofas and a great power shower! will definitely book again

It's very homely and comfortable, and had everything that we needed. There are some lovely walks from around Newtonmore. Check-in and check-out was really easy which was great as we had a very long drive to get there. Caroline's instructions were also really clear. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

The cottage is in a lovely setting and we saw and heard some great birds right from the sitting room and deck. Ann was very friendly and helpful and always responded quickly if we needed anything. Thorough recommend this cottage for a stay in Skye. Thankyou.
