Centrally located, walking distance from the pier with private parking. Hard to find a better spot in Oban. Very clean, very well-equipped, large enough and comfortable for 4 people. The kitchen is great and there is a bit of a view on the harbour. Lorraine is an attentive host and very responsive. A very comfortable and uncomplicated stay. Would highly recommend.

David was great host and offered a truly memorable stay. The accommodation were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable holidays.

Beautiful flat in a perfect location with stunning views! the flat was spacious for me, my mum and my sister to share, with everything we needed. Claudio met us at the flat to let us in, show us around and even brought us a little bag of groceries to get us started for the weekend! The location is great for getting around Largs and anywhere you need to drive to. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Largs. Thank you Claudio!

This apartment is gorgeous. Everything about it.... obviously it's location looking straight out onto the sea. near to the ferry over to Cumbrae. Very quiet street outside.... in fact, although the town was busy in the sunshine, it also retained its quiet family atmosphere. In the apartment everything was as described - a helpful welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and chocolate biscuits! Spotlessly clean, everything worked, good WiFi, and a responsive host to find out one or two little questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to come back.

Robert's place is in the perfect location for exploring Oban and the surrounding areas! It's a lovely apartment, with excellent views, and plenty of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Very easy to get to from the train, and Robert was a delightful host. Would definitely recommend!

What a fantastic wee spot on the island and a beautiful place to feel at home, sleep well and cool a home meal. It has everything you could need for a family, I was alone with my daughter of 8 years and we had all we could have needed and more. Thanks so much Jaqueline! What we found was consistent with all the other positive reviews already given. For a two person apartment, it is exceptionally roomy and comfortable. If, like when we were there, Scotland actually countenances some sunshine, you will find the apartment flooded with morning sun reflecting off the water - quite something and even better from the balcony. Very good quality furniture and the fittings and equipment provided were mostly good too. Excellent instruction manual and note for getting to Whiting Bay was easy to follow and very accurate. Helpful and friendly written messages from host. The spectacular Glenashdale waterfall is within fairly easy walking distance and, as walking from the bottom to the top of a glen goes, not too demanding! Given what we got, we think the apartment was very good value.

Without question, one of the best places to stay in Oban! The views alone are amazing; who doesn’t want to sit back and relax with views of the sea!! The apartment was immaculate; we couldn’t vault a thing. The beds super comfy, the kitchen perfect for preparing whatever you fancy (although there are so many amazing restaurants within walking distance), and all the amenities were precisely as described.

The property has the most amazing views of the loch and we sat out every evening on the picnic bench overlooking the scenery. We were of course very lucky we had sun, but i imagine even in rain, the property would feel cosy and there are amazing views from the lounge and kitchen. Brian, the host, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. Check in was easy and Brian gave local recommendations for us too. All of us also said that the beds were super comfy and, as we ate in almost every night, the kitchen facilities were excellent. We hope to be back to this wonderful spot again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Kim’s home in Fearnan. The house was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and perfectly located just across from the beautiful Loch Tay. We were lucky to enjoy great weather, which made the views even more special. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and we appreciated how close everything was — including a great local shop, The Courtyard Shop & Delicatessen in nearby Kenmore. Communication with Kim was fast and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the neighbors we met were kind and welcoming. One small note: the beds might feel a bit tight for two people, but the spacious upstairs living area helped balance that out. We’d definitely love to come back — it’s a quiet, charming place that’s easy to feel at home in.

La promesse de la vue était fabuleuse et nous avons pas été déçus. Si vous recherchez un endroit paisible et isolé, c’est l’endroit parfait. Il n’est pas parfaitement placé si vous cherchez les endroits touristiques à visiter mais le lieu se suffit à lui même pour quelques nuits et il est parfait pour se reposer et profiter du calme. Les chambres et pièces de vie sont très belles et bien décorées. Merci de mettre une belle maison comme ça à disposition.

We booked relatively last minute to stay with Michelle, yet we were catered for above and beyond. The wonderful little touches of cheese and biscuits, milk and juice, not to mention the lovely easter treats. We felt very much at home and extremely comfortable in the house, it is so homely. The location is superb as you can walk everywhere, we didnt use the car once from arriving to leaving. We walked to boat trips and restaurants, as well as to the ferry to Kerrera. The cottage was great for all the family. We were surprised how much space there was and it is such a fantastic location with lots to do. The utility room came in useful after watersports on the Loch or mountain biking. Views across the lambing fields and valley towards Loch Earn were beautiful and relaxing. We had a lovely couple of days here as a family. Home was lovely spacious and gret views. on arrival were greeted and shown round by familys lovely son. scones and wine waiting for us which was a lovely touch. views from the hot tub were stunning and the rivwr at the botom of the garden made for lovely sounds. Wether was great so made it even more special. would definately return. thanks for having us.

We loved staying in The Wee House. It was perfect - very clean and fresh, cosy, comfortable, warm and what a pretty outlook over the bay! It had everything you need- in fact a home from home. Lovely garden too. We could have happily stayed there for longer. Highly recommend this sweet house to anyone going to Islay. Port Ellen is a great base to explore the island and it also has lovely places to eat out. We had dinner in the SeaSalt Bistro and it was delicious and the staff were great. The sun was shining the whole time we were there-May-so we got to appreciate the picturesque setting at maximum! Thank you Janice for your quick responses to our booking. So glad we managed to get a stay at the Wee House as it is very popular.

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

A excellent location within walking distance to tgedentre of Dunoon. Great views from the lounge as well. Very well equipped which made for a very comfortable stay. Patricia replied to every query virtually immediately, even though she was away. Definitely a good airbnb location.

We had the best time here! Scott helped us out a lot by accomodating us a day early when our when broke down. The place was clean and very modern, everything we needed was there! We walked into the city almost every day but the subway is fairly close so that is an option too. You don't have to go far for the best food, our favourite place was just 10 mins walking distance! We will absolutely come back to Scotts' when we come back to Glasgow!

This well-equipped ground-floor apartment looking out onto the sea a few 100 ms away is fairly centrally located in Ayr. Good access to Burns birthplace in Alloway and the amazing Culzean castle along the coast. If you are interested in history, there is much to see in the neighbouring countryside and coastline apart from the town-centre. Alison is a great host and left lots of welcome treats including butter, milk and Scottish goodies! She was quick to respond to our queries and provided lots of useful advice. A wonderful stay in a cosy, clean and comfortable flat with a reasonable time to check out at 11 am! Kids loved access to both Netflix and Disney! Thank you Alison!

Mooi en netjes appartement. Alles aanwezig in de keuken. Parkeerplaats voor de deur. Half uur lopen van het centrum langs een drukke weg is een klein minpuntje.

It was centrally located, super easy to get to, cozy on a chilly wet day, great location for walking to and from. It was squeaky clean and had absolutely everything we could possibly need packed into a sweet little compact space. Joanna was very responsive and always ready to answer any questions we had. When we return to Tobermory, this is where we will stay again.

Top Lage, jedoch nicht mit frontalem Meeresblick wie das Bild des Gebäudes suggeriert, sondern nur seitlich mit wenig Meer und viel Parkplatz. Die Wohnung selbst macht aber alles wieder wett: hohe Decke, geräumig, bestens ausgerüstet (uns fehlten nur die Eierbecher, sonst war alles da, sogar eine Waschmachine mit Waschmittel), stilvoll eingerichtet, superbequemes Doppelbett, ruhig und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Die perfekte Basis um von Oban aus die umliegenden Inseln zu erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. This really is a beautiful place. The interior is stunning, but the views across Rothesay Bay are simply perfect. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. A minor issue (nobody’s fault - just one of those things) was rectified professionally and quickly. Sometimes, it’s not the situation that’s important, it’s how people react to it. The reaction was top class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we hope to stay there again in the not too distant future. Thanks for having us. Phill, Adele and Charlie.
