The Dune Shack is a classic Venus Bay Beach House, perched high on the Dunes. The Shack is perfect for unwinding and watching the clouds, birds and kangaroos move across the landscape. The Shack is a 5min walk to the Village Shops, 15min walk to a Patrolled Beach and only 45min drive to Wilsons Promontory. Menzies Cottage is an hour east of Melbourne & set high on a mountain-side in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Enjoy views out to the Wellington Road farmlands & Cardinia Reservoir. On a clear day you can see Arthur’s Seat, Port Phillip & Westernport Bays. Visit nearby Puffing Billy Steam Train, go bushwalking, feed the friendly farm animals or settle-in for a lazy afternoon before watching the sun set. The cottage is fully self contained & with your own private entrance, deck & enclosed garden.

Located on the main street just a gentle walk to the shops, cafes and brewery (& easy walking distance to events/markets). Loch itself is centrally located along the A440 for those exploring the beautiful Gippsland countryside on a driving holiday, it is also ideally located for breaking up a long drive to Wilsons Promontory or Phillip Island along this route.

Located in Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula, The Hayshed is the perfect retreat for 2 guests to enjoy all seasons. Whether it's relaxing on the deck with a glass of local wine overlooking the picturesque surrounding farmland, or lounging by the cosy wood fire in the cooler months with a hot chocolate and good book in hand, this lovingly restored hayshed will captivate you from the moment you open the rustic front door.

Bloomfield Fern Cottage near Warragul

The Fern cottage is an open plan self contained cottage suitable for couples or singles. Set on 12 peaceful and private acres with pool, bbq, indoor fire, TV/DVD, clawfoot bath , carport and guest laundry. There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
