Lovely place, location was beautiful with scenic views from the hot tub. Place was clean and comfortable. The place even had a friendly cat with cutest meows (I love cats) so I was chuffed.

We stayed in Doris cottage over Easter weekend and had such a lovely stay. Debbie and Roger were both so friendly and welcoming and you can tell they take great pride in what they do. The cottage itself was so well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Truly a little piece of heaven and we cannot recommend enough. Can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was perfect. It was homely, beautifully thought out and furnished with lots of little furnishing to make it really cosy and welcoming. We loved the outside spaces too- the hot tub was amazing and the BBQ area too. It certainly gave us all we needed for a fabulous stay. We’ll definitely be back.

We had a great time at Ann and Andrew's property, we really liked the location, the house was very welcoming and cosy, we loved the garden and the hot tub, also lovely to have some local recommendations, easy check in and always a parking space when we went out for the day

Relaxing break even with kids in tow. The kids loved the farm animals and the very friendly goats were a definite hit. The hot tub was great and the fact we could let the dog run around the field at the back of the garden was good I'm not sure if this would change when the campsite is open. But taking the dog down to the river was enough to tire her out. The river is deep enough in parts for a dog to swim. The woodland walk was lovely its only a very short walk that could be a little tricky if you're unsteady on your feet. Our 8 and 11 year old loved it. We even had a dip in the river. In all we had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.

Such a perfect peaceful cottage. We had a great time unplugging, stargazing and enjoying the nature whilst in the hot tub. Would 100% recommend. Friendly hosts and we had the best time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Glovers Cottage. The cottage was beautiful and in such a quiet, peaceful area. Kitchen was equipped with all the basics needed, loved the AGA. Very spacious cottage, decorated lovely - open plan flow was great. Hot tub is the cherry on top, perfectly clean on arrival, cleaned daily and kept at a great temperature throughout the stay. Overall a great airBNB which we would love to come back to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely short break at Helen’s. The apartment is spacious and elegant, hot tub with robes and fluffy towels a proper treat and the pony, donkey and 3 dogs who came to visit us were an absolute joy. The bed is super comfy. A lovely walk through their woodland and along the river bank took us right into the centre of Aberaeron where there’s a good selection of excellent foodie outlets. Helen and Wyn are very welcoming and even offered to drive us into Aberaeron and pick us up again had we been eating out in the evening. Can highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Karl was a great host and responded very quickly. He was waiting to meet us when we arrived, very welcoming and showed us around and how everything worked. House was great and surprisingly big, much more spacious than the pictures do it justice! Had everything inside that we needed and was very quiet and private. Garden is secure unless, like my dog, they're keen to jump fences!! Beds were super comfy and we got a great night sleep every night. Loads of walking nearby and a great base to explore the Elan Valley and local town, both of which are lovely. Thank you very much, we were sad to leave as we had a great time!

We had a lovely stay in the beautiful cottage. We would definitely return. Very comfortable and well provisioned. The only thing to note for travellers with large vehicles is that the turning into the parking space is very tight. We have a short bed transporter van and made it with inches to spare - a long bed van/camper etc would probably not make it in. However, there is parking on the street.

Wonderful 3-night Easter break at Hazel Cottage with 2 teenagers on a revision retreat ahead of exam season. Ticked all our boxes - from comfortable beds and study space, to proximity to amenities and local beaches yet tucked away with a sense of quiet. The well equipped kitchen and large table, and the cosy lounge with log burner enabled family time and chilled evenings either playing games or watching films. The eggs and flowers were a delightful touch and we enjoyed reading about the history of the house too. We'll be back!

We had a lovely peaceful few days. The cottage was clean and comfortable and the enclosed garden is perfect (we did keep one dog on a lead as he is tall and we didn’t trust he wouldn’t try to jump as there were sheep in the neighbouring field). We were left some milk and Welsh cakes which was a lovely touch. The setting is perfect and whilst a lot of the walking trails in the forest are shut due to storm damage, the car parks are open and we still did some lovely hikes on the fire roads. The pub in Brechfa was fantastic - dog friendly, nice staff and delicious food. We would love to return :)

We loved our stay and are already planning to return for longer. The area is stunning with amazing views, beaches and enough to do in Cardigan which is just a short drive. The cottage is quiet, well maintained, clean and has everything needed for a longer stay. There was more than enough space for me, my partner and our two dogs and it was great value for money. Fiona was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The guest book provided a lot of local info which helped us explore the area. Highly recommend staying here if you're after a quiet and affordable stay.

Perfect little cottage for our short notice stay. Lovely garden space and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Short walk to a lovely pub/restaurant and a shop with all you need. Great base for trips into Newquay and Aberaeron .

Had an amazing time! Hosts were fantastic, gave great instructions for the fire, kitchen appliances and hot tub. Our dog absolutely loved the private field and we got to see the amazing sunset and stars from the top of the hill - Thank you! We loved our stay and the gifts were a lovely suprise 10/10

This property stood out for us when we were searching for a long weekend stay in south Wales. And it delivered! A beautiful two bedrooms cottage that was just as described with lovely furnishing and all the amenities anyone would require. This cottage has everything! We just wished we had booked for longer, as it was a great base to travel to so many attractions. We just didn’t have enough time. Buster the dog became a bit of a star out and about with lots of people wanting to say hello and ask about him. It’s safe to say he had a fantastic time too! Many thanks to Adrian and Ruth for sharing this lovely little gem with us.

fantastic place to stay and it was clean & peaceful location

Alex’s place is perfect to recharge from everyday grind..the surroundings are beautiful with lots of open space and things to do. Chalet is very clean and has everything you need. Swimming pool is the highlight despite some rain, we absolutely enjoyed each swim as covered. Views are gorgeous. Alex is there every text. Netflix was not working and he went to buy a new tv even late in the evening! He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend Maesgwynne and we will definitely go back again.

Such an amazing and beautiful home. A perfect place to book with partners or families, me and my partner loved the privacy and space. We really enjoyed having a big garden space to enjoy the lovely weather and of a night time, enjoy sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. Will definitely be looking to come back as soon as we can as it felt so cosy and like home and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They are really friendly and helpful, we loved the gesture of sweets treats and Prosecco and lovely cute dogs, who were adorable. Thank you so much.

Stayed a couple of nights at Jacqueline's cottage. It was everything we expected - clean, cosy and very well equipped. Welcome pack much appreciated especially the welsh cakes. Cottage near to many restaurants in Aberaeron - we dined at the Y Seler (The Cellar) one night and had an excellent meal. Walked on the beach at Cei Bach Beach, New Quay, and the coastal path from Aberarth to Aberaeron (1.4 miles). To round off our stay we visited the National Trust - at Llanerchaeron.

Extremely well serviced upon arrival , milk ,breakfast cereal ,lots of bathroom products and cleaners for kitchen surfaces , was given exact directions being a 15 min walk to local pub the property gives easy access to Cardiff and points of interest locally also within a couple of hours to the Cotswolds and Wye valley .

We had a great stay here over the Easter weekend. John and Paul have put a lot of thought and care into restoring the cottage and we especially enjoyed looking at the before and after photos! Amazing accommodation and fantastic hiking and exploring in the local area. Definitely recommended!

If you are looking for a remote place to reset from the world this is the place ! The most stunningly beautiful place surrounded by sheep and hills , we spent hours sat in the sunny conservatory watching the birds eatting - it’s blissful 🫶. The cottage has everything you need to have a wonderful cosy stay and Jon is a super helpful host - it was a Little slice of heaven at Little pudding cottage and we will most definitely be back to enjoy it again in the future . If there is a clear night you can literally see every single star in the sky it’s breathtaking . We walked a lot with the dogs over the fields , if you go off piste there is a fair amount of boggy areas and we found lots of ticks on the dogs when we came back so just be aware that April onwards is tick season so double check your furry friends to make sure they stay happy too ☺️ Thanks Jon for letting us enjoy your beautiful cottage- we have truly loved every second of it ❤️

Firstly, we both want to thank Oeter for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful cottage. It was clean, cosy, quiet, homely...just everything as was described! Everything to the last detail was thought out, including walking routes, local restuarants and pubs there is an entire wall of leaflets as soon as you enter the property of everything that area of south wales has to offer so you really are spoilt for choice. The property was clean and imaculate and with everything you needed, such a stunning place to stay! If you are looking for a quiet retreat for a few days look no further! 10/10 will deffo be coming back! Thank you again for such a lovely stay! Martin & Cara
