New barn conversion, in a quiet location only 10 minutes away from the Gower coast and a choice of at least 5 beaches. Dog friendly max 2. Character barn with slate floors and oak beams. 3 bedrooms 2 en-suite shower and a family bathroom. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge so the barn will sleep 8, a single guest bed can be added to the twin/ or a travel cot. Only 5 minutes drive from the A40 and 2.5 miles from Whitland town which has a train station, pubs, cafes, butchers, greengrocers, launderette, Chinese takeaway and Co-op. Centrally situated to explore Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion and all the beautiful beaches West Wales has to offer.

A cosy house in a rural area that sleeps six in three bedrooms with one of these bedrooms on the ground floor. A fully equipped holiday cottage with central heating and two bathrooms. We are half a mile away from the famous Pendine beach. Laugharne, where the famous poet Dylan Thomas was born, is four miles away. Tenby is approximately ten miles away. We are dog friendly to two well-behaved dogs . A maximum parking of two cars is available directly in front of the cottage.

"Ty-Ni" is situated in the idyllic township of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and writing shed where he wrote some of his works including "Under Milkwood". Ideally located to explore the Coastal Path for stunning scenic walks, and close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth & further a field St David's, Pembroke, the West Coast.
