A new & completely self contained cabin, with bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. 1 mile from the Millennium coastal path, 10 minutes from the M4 motorway, a short drive from Swansea, the Gower coast & 20 minutes drive from Fos Las Racecourse. A quaint and homely space with lots of natural light in a private and quiet area. This property is a 5 minute drive/20 minute walk to Singleton Hospital, Swansea University (Singleton Park Campus) and Swansea Bay Sports Park. It also has easy access to the town centre and the Gower. This is my primary residence that I list on here whilst I am away, therefore a second bedroom will be locked up for storage. There is also an allocated parking space to the side of the building.
