The Reading Room

Relax in our converted 301-year-old forge nestled in the beautiful Ceredigion countryside of rural West Wales. Although secluded, we are conveniently only 10 miles away from the stunning coastline. Watch the wildlife in our lovely garden, we have seen over 100 different species of bird, and an otter visits our pond. Or unwind with a good book. Seeking adventure? There are numerous outdoor activities available, including running, walking, wild swimming, and cycling, all within easy reach.

The Cabin A secluded, self contained log cabin

The Cabin is a purpose built log cabin with easy access for people with impaired mobility. It is positioned in an isolated private garden of a family owned smallholding. The Cabin looks out over the surrounding country. It has its own secluded private garden and foot access to many acres of local woods and walks. We welcome dogs and they stay for free. But please let us know you are bringing them. We do not accept bookings that include infants or children as we are only insured for adults.

Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Fferm Esgair Owen Cottage is situated within the very heart and soul of rural South-West Wales. Treat yourself to a remote holiday that'll leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Based on a 42 acre working farm; sight see breath-taking views, watch the beauty of nature interract as it surrounds you or simply kick your feet up and lay back to relieve stress. Fancy a day on the beach? Aberystwyth and New Quay are both easy to reach. The fish and chips are unrivaled if you ask me!

Ty Nant, a cosy, fully equipped country cottage

One of a pretty pair of semi-detached cottages carefully converted from original farmhouse & barn with stunning views across the Teifi Valley to Llanllwni Mountain. Set on a smallholding & surrounded by working farmland this tranquil cottage offers a peaceful retreat & a perfectly positioned base from which to explore & enjoy all that Wales has to offer. Approx 2.5 miles to nearest pub restaurant Ty Nant is attached to a 2nd cottage (Ty Fferm), together they can sleep 10.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

A Hut Over Pencader

The hut is a tranquil and peaceful place for you to relax, and forget about all the hustle and bustle of daily life. Enjoy our lovely hot tub with a glass of something cool and slowly unwind surrounded by nature. The Hut also has gated wooden steps leading down to a fully enclosed dog friendly paddock which is for your own private use . For the colder nights along with the underfloor heating our log burner will keep you toasty through the night.

Luxury riverside accommodation, stunning views

Situated in an idyllic location in the heart of the Teifi Valley, the accommodation offers spectacular views, with grounds leading down to the river Teifi. It's in a central place from which to explore West Wales, just a 30-minute drive from the Cardigan coastline. It is an ideal area for walkers and cyclists, and canoeing is also available, less than 5 miles away. The village shop is less than 2 miles away, as are two pubs, both serving food.

Glamping Pod with beautiful rural views

A double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchen area equipped with fridge, hobs, toaster and microwave. Pod is located in a field on a working farm, where animals can be seen from the comfort of your bed. No tv as the peacefulness of the towy valley is enough. The river cothi runs through the field and offers beautiful walks. Portable DVD player and a selection of dvds available. Wood fired hot tub. Tea, coffee and milk provided.

Character Coachhouse Cottage

Coachhouse is a delightful elegant upstairs apartment with lots of character. Light and airy with large windows and views over the courtyard garden, it has 5 bedrooms, a bathroom at each end, a lounge and kitchen/diner in the middle so ideal for 2 families sharing. The rooms are on one level reached by a short flight of steps. Outside Coach House is a shared courtyard with grassy lawns, flower borders, a rose garden and picnic tables.

Wildernest - Ty Twt

Ty Twt - neat and cosy - is part of Wildernest, a haven set in the coastal hills above the delightful Aeron Valley. Sleeping is in the croglofft, above the kitchen-living space, with the 2nd bedroom and the shower room at ground level; underfloor heating and log burner. It can sleep 4 but we say 3 people comfortably. Hence, there's no charge for a fourth person. If you need the second bed to be made up please enter 3 (or 4) guests.
