Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

Such a beautiful home to stay in. Peaceful and relaxing. And close to Bala. Steven was a great host. Leaving wine, fresh eggs off the farm, bread and other things to welcome us. We will definitely be back next year

An amazing 3 nights stay at Cuddfan, perfectly placed to explore North Wales. Conwy, Zip World, Mount Snowdon and Llandudno all visited during our break 🙌🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. I would highly recommend this property, tastefully decorated, perfect location and good value for money. The hot tub after climbing Mount Snowdon, was absolutely amazing 🛀 💆🏼‍♂️

This accommodation was wonderful for our New Years hiking getaway with a group of friends. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay - especially jumping in the hot tub after our hikes! I also really appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary snacks to the extra touches like the blankets to cosy up in. The location was perfect—close to local areas like Betws-y-coed, and mountains like Moel Siabod or Yr Wyddfa, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a getaway. I will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at the cottage. Jan and her husband were so kind, friendly and welcoming. The check in process was super easy and we were given a lovely tour of the cottage and all the facilities. The garden was secure which was great for our dogs. The cottage was super clear and the beds were very comfy. The hot tub was amazing! And the views all around the cottage were breathtaking. There was a really helpful guide in the cottage filled with local recommendations which we found really helpful. My cousin was planning to come visit us whilst we stayed at the cottage in her small camper van, Jan was so kind and allowed her to park in their yard so she could be close to us instead of having to park at a campsite. Their kindness blew us away!

We absolutely loved our stay at the enchanting cottage. It was very peaceful and situated in beautiful surroundings. We were delighted by the accommodation, and with four of us, we felt there was plenty of room. One minor issue we encountered was that the WiFi password was slightly confusing, and the postcode led us to a different location, which caused a bit of confusion. The description 'fourth house down on the right' was confusing; maybe 'the large red house' would have been more useful. However, the pictures showing the house and the location of the car park were very helpful in finding the house. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We are incredibly grateful for your wonderful hospitality. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and peaceful stay.

Cosy cottage with space to sit outside, comfy bed, and great location. Quiet and no real traffic; small lanes locally, parking can be a bit tight (meaning reversing in or out at the cottage itself). Central to Conwy shops, cafés and bars, short drive to the tram up to the Great Orme. Can recommend the White Bakery a Turkish coffee shop and The Erskine Arms with space to sit outside.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is dog-friendly, which was perfect for us-our dog loved pottering around the secure garden, and we felt totally at ease knowing he was safe. The views from every window are absolutely stunning, and the whole place was spotless, cosy, and very comfortable. The welcome pack and fresh flowers were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Emma is an amazing host. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

We loved our stay in this pretty cottage. It was very clean and comfortable and incredibly well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out and sit and chat in the evenings. The front garden is a sun trap and a great place to sit and chill after a busy day. The cottage was easy to find and the key safe makes it easy to access and means you’re not tied to a specific time. Great power showers and comfy beds too. The perfect place to stay if you want to be in Betws.

We had a really lovely stay at the slate miners cottage. Jenny is a great host - available and easy to contact but also unobtrusive. The cottage has everything we needed for a long weekend it’s easy to find and an excellent location. We had fab days out at Tywyn beach, Barmouth and the Dolgoch falls. And a great dinner at the railway inn just a couple of minutes away.

What a perfect stay! Jo’s place was lovely, it had everything you could need. Was quiet, peaceful, exactly as described. Jo’s guide to the place was so thorough and very helpful. We went on some lovely walks in the area - great location, can get to some really great spots without driving. Will come again :)

What a lovely stay we had at Rachel’s place! Wisteria cottage and the rest of their property is gorgeous and they put so much care and attention into it. The cottage was clean, adorable, peaceful and quiet and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

We absolutely loved our stay with Ruth. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy and has all the amenities you could need or want, but if you were missing something, I’m sure Ruth would get it for you! She and her husband were very friendly and we had a great time chatting with them. She gave us great recommendations for places to visit and places to eat. We feel like we’ve made lifelong friends and we definitely plan to come back!

We loved staying in this idyllic location. The garden was great for the dogs to run around in and we got to go on walks in the peak district. Judy is so lovely and the place was spotless. We would love to come again.

The cottage was lovely, really nice space for the dogs to explore and go for walks. Gillian was a lovely host, providing some treats and some essentials that we had forgotten. George, the dog, was a lovely boy when our naughty dog had a bit of an attitude towards him. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wow, what a find! Great trip across country and just a few miles from A55. The cottage was fantastic, just what we hoped for. Well equipped kitchen, we love cooking and made great use of the kitchen and space. Plenty of sitting room in the lounge and big dining room complete with high chair. We slept downstairs in the lovely double with private bathroom, whilst our friends with children had two bedrooms upstairs and family bathroom. The outside had a sun trap on the patio with chairs and table for our sunset drinks and the kids loved the lawns and gardens. And to top it all, BlueLion pub a gentle 500m walk down the hill. We were blessed with the weather, sat in the beer garden which was gorgeous, but I think any time of year would be fantastic at Tyn-y-Coed. Such a find, we wanted to keep it a secret!!

The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. It was well equipped. Great location with lots to do. Enjoyed a good curry at Village Spice in Corwen and walks around Llangollen.
