I rented David's for a friend of mine's family to stay while visiting from New York. There were ZERO issues, and David was amazing to work with. I would highly recommend his house to anyone that is looking for a safe, convenient and peaceful place to stay.

Absolutely perfect! I can not say enough to convey how wonderful Ivannia’s home was and the serenity of the location on Three Rivers Island. Every detail in the home was immaculate and welcoming. Ivannia was an amazing host, with a super clean, comfortable and all-around adorable house. Our family has vacationed with AirBnB on numerous vacations and this is hands down our favorite spot of all time! We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart experience riding across the bridges to get to our home for the week (reminded me of a low-key theme park ride). If you are looking for the total package to include an enchanted retreat, experience nature, the water, and friendly, hospitable neighbors this is the place to go. This was our paradise and gets our highest recommendation!

Great cabin on the Blood River. It was quiet and peaceful. if your looking for a nice family spot away from town it's perfect.

Cannot express enough how nice this home and land is. I will definitely be staying again when visiting. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and good location to everything needed. Myself and friends were very comfortable and at peace at this location.

Casa Del Rio was a wonderful place to chill. The place was HUGE. I think all of us (6 women) were doing our makeup in the Master bathroom at once, its about the size of a large kitchen! The kitchen and family room are an open concept and located right off the hot tub & pool area, so that was great for social circulation. the house is VERY remote, but there are a couple really good local restaurants about 5 min away. There is a grocery store about 10 min away. We saw a gecko on the out side of the house, and an aligator in the river as soon as we got there! Chris, the host was very responsive, and even proactive about communication. He also had 2 other people (sub hosts?) that were ready to jump in and help if needed. wonderful stay.

Steve was amazing, and very welcoming and friendly. The place is really gorgeous, especially the dock. You're right on the water, and you wake up to the beautiful sunrise out of the windows. You can fall asleep to the sounds of wildlife, and wake up rested and refreshed. Highly highly recomend.

I think it was awesome, it was a realllly cool little cabin on the river and it just felt nice and cozy and you felt at home being there. We had a really great time and memories were made and we had an amazing host named Mr Dennis who was very kind and helpful and he was welcoming to us like we weren’t strangers. We all really enjoyed it and most definitely will be planning on returning again for another occasion!

We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!
