Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

This eclectic cabin was built from the ground up in 2024 with the sole intention of welcoming guests like you to its woodsy embrace. We set out to create a peaceful stay with room for the whole family to relax after a long day of exploring, hiking, and adventuring in NH.

While the main level tends to offer a peaceful retreat, the ground level is the place to entertain. With the hot tub and outdoor firepit overlooking the mountains, no need to go out. A ski enthusiast’s dream location! Delicious dining & plenty of shopping nearby! * The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.

Basecamp in the White mountains

This small cabin has been re-built with new pine paneled walls and ceiling, bunk beds, carpeting, electricity, a new Eco-outhouse!, solar shower and It is located at the edge of a field about 100 yards from our home. It is a perfect base camp for hikers 12 miles south of Franconia notch trail heads and Appalachian Trail crossing. The cabin is most often used by hikers who want a base camp near many of the most popular hiking trails near Franconia Notch. It is a peaceful and quiet place.
