Super miejscówka na krótki pobyt w Larnace i okolicach. Spokojna okolica z pobliską promenadą nadmorską do centrum miasta (15-20 min). Jedyny mankament - bardzo słaby odpływ wody pod prysznicem (zgłoszony gospodarzowi do naprawy).

Everything was super cool, nice location, nice balcony. Apartment was clean. The owners left us a bottle of wine, which was very nice:) recommend for sure!

I did like the communication with the host, but the pictures of the apartment are a bit different. For now, the location is a bit noisy and dusty due to the construction site nearby, and the industrial port is right across the street (not so much view). But the location is 15 min walk to the city center, and I liked that the apartment has its parking spot. The floors, though, are icy in the winter, and some slippers would have been nice (just one pair provided), or at least let us know to have some with us. The apartment is really big, has everything you need, but some decluttering of boxes or some space in the dressing would have been appreciated. I appreciated that the early check-in was not charged; for our city break, 3 days with 2 small kids was more than enough since we used it just for sleeping in the night.

This was a beautiful place to stay! It matched the descriptions, and is in a peaceful area. It was a good location to explore other areas (a car is needed here). The owner was quick to help when an issue came up, and there were lots of personal touches like a hand-written note when I arrived. There are lots of ants, so make sure all food is well-sealed, but other than that, the place was very clean!

We had great time staying in Fadi’s apartment. Place was well equipped and clean,baby crib and high chair was provided by host. Fadi was an amazing host,he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

I loved this place so much. I was doing some teaching at the nearby university campus, and this place was so conveniently located (10-15 minute walk). It was also close to bus stops for Larnaca. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. I felt right at home during the week I spent there.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house is beautiful, spotless clean, well equipped and with a nice terrace. The bed is also super comfy. We felt at home straight away. It‘s easy to reach by car and close to nice beaches, great restaurants and everything else you might need. Stavros is a host you can only wish for, reaching out, offering his assistance even in advance and making sure everything was perfect when we arrived. The level of detail he puts into making sure we felt welcome and have everything we need was really outstanding: from having fresh flowers on every table, leaving little gifts for us and preparing homemade fresh treats in the fridge… we would love to stay in this house again!

The location, of the house is a quiet, neighborhood (with local families), very close to supermarkets and places to eat. it also has good transportation to the city centre and nearby beach. The house is very clean, well furnished and well decorated. it has anything you need. the air-conditioning system is really good (something necessary for the weather of Cyprus). The communication with the host was excellent. Responsive at any time and always willing to help.

Excellent stay for our family holiday. We loved the huge kitchen and the big area in the front room. We made the most of the house and garden. Kitchen had everything to cook big family meals and didn’t want to leave :) also the area is nice- walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay. A really beautiful apartment in a safe peaceful area. My girlfriend and I had a great stay and Danny the host helped us greatly when we had questions. The apartment is lovely on the inside and out, with many restaurants nearby. There is also a very nice hike nearby. Another bonus was the friendly cat that would great my girlfriend and I when we went outside we named this cat Athena

We had a great time staying at Isobella's place. The house was extremely comfortable. All amenities were available; from hair dryer, to coffee, to adaptors... Very welcoming. Quiet neighbourhood and definitely need a car. But we enjoyed it to the max. Would definitely visit again. Thank you Isobella and Nick 😊🙏🏻

We travel quite a lot, but so far it’s been one of the best accommodation we stayed in. It had everything we needed and even more - well equipped kitchen, beach accessories, comfortable bed, AC in both rooms etc. The flat is in the walking distance from the beach and some stores, and if you rent a car, you can easily reach a lot of beautiful places. The host was very responsive, kind and extremely helpful. We’ll be back for sure!

The location is great, right in the center, 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from attractions (Old Fort, Lazarus Church). Supermarkets are near and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean and matched the description. It was quiet at night as the apartment is on the backside of the building, from where you get a view to Church of Lazarus. During our stay in February it was cold outside (1-8degrees) but the AC in all rooms help to warm up the apartment really nice. Kitchen is well equiped with all the things that you need. Demetrius is a friendly host and he welcomed us at check-in. He always was responsive and provided helpful information. For us it was even possible an early check-in. The only downside could be the eating place which is for 2 person's and is with high chairs, still we managed to solve this for a family of 4 by using the chairs and table from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

A great stay. Been to Kiti many times and really enjoyed this stay as always. Great apartment and communication with the hoist was excellent. Check seemed to be earlier than usual at 10.00am and a bit later would of helped. All in all a great stay.

Очень близко до центра и Финикудес . У Сотирии в доме есть все для мытья посуды, стирки , утюг . Абсолютно все есть для комфортного проживания . Супермаркет Агротис 7 минут , Метро 13 минут ходьбы . Большая терраса . Защищенная от солнца терраса . Есть лифт. Большой набор посуды для запекания и бокалов для напитков . Белье есть . Есть одеяла и пледы, чтобы согреться на балконе . Очень хороший wi fi . На балконе комфортно .

What an excellent place to stay. Extremely clean and you had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Planning to stay again next year. Thankyou soso much..
