Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

A self contained flat situated in the woodlands of Bagley Wood with free driveway parking. Surrounded by trees but a 20 minute cycle from the centre of historic Oxford. Perfect for commuting to the local Oxford science/business parks or a base for a weekend getaway exploring the woods and historic Oxford. A 15 minute walk to the local village of Kennington which boasts a host of eateries and a historic pub. Surrounded by woodland and further walks to the beautiful banks of the Thames.

Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. Our Park & Ride is Redbridge - walkable to the apartment. Or park here and catch the 35 bus to the City, 5 mins walk to the stop. For earlier check-in /later check-out just ask. We do not accept children under 12 or pets.

Cosy studio apartment

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

The new auto house

The auto house is light, stylish and bijou , suitable for a single person working in oxford, or a weekend break for one or two people., simply furnished, with one king size bed, a table and two chairs, a small two seater sofa and a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee cupboard. Excellent access to oxford town centre, Oxfam, British Gas and oxford science parks and all the university’s and their surroundings. You can eat well locally in ox4, try the Magdalen arms gastro pub.

The Bothy, with a natural swimming pool

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

Large Garden Studio in trendy East Oxford

Large Studio room with King size bed, sofa, small fridge, ensuite with a shower. We’re situated in east Oxford near the bustling Cowley Road with lots of restaurants, cafe’s and bakeries. The studio has been ventilated, cleaned and disinfected. All frequently touched areas have been disinfected also. All linens have been washed at a high temperature.
