Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. The traditional Cotswold stone cottage overlooks picturesque countryside and is situated within ten minutes drive from the beautiful and popular spa town of Cheltenham.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Snug space ideal for relaxing getaways. Set in area of outstanding natural beauty. Perfect base for couples to explore the Cotswolds with direct access to Cotswold Way. It's a quirky small space. Intended as a great escape, there is WiFi but no TV. Dogs: 1 w-behaved dog welcome (+ £10). Firepit & logs: By request (£10) NB Bathroom space limited, stairs tricky for less mobile, roof terrace is private & overlooked by our house.

Enjoying spectacular views this 2 bedroom, dog friendly lodge sits on the top of Leckhampton Hill, enjoying easy access to the famous ‘Cotswold Way’ walk and is a 5 minute drive from the town centre of regency Cheltenham. The Lodge also includes a 3.5m outdoor kitchen looking over The Malvern Hills. The kitchen includes a large built in BBQ, a pizza oven and sink.
